Expérience mitigée: tres bel établissement, qualité du service impeccable, qualité de literie nickel.
Seulement pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il y a des choses à dire:
1)Buffet du petit déjeuner pas mal mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles surtout pour la partie salée ( très peu de choix de Charcuterie et fromage pourtant au Maroc ce n'est pas ce qui manque) idem le Maroc regorge de produits de qualité et de saison qui ont manqué au buffet (avocat, fraises....)
2) musique forte dans le couloir devant la chambre dès 7h du matin, ce qui me réveillait et malgré la plainte à la réception, rien n'a été fait.
3) Si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre pour des dysfonctionnements, les responsables perdent vite leur sourire et deviennent très nonchalants, ce qui est un manque de professionnalisme
Een warm welkom met Marokkaanse thee, en personeel heel vriendelijk, iedereen die werkt in het Hotel groet je, Het ontbijt buffet was heel uitgebreid verfspuit, Marokkaanse thee, koks zo professionals word je met glimlach gevraagd wat voor gebakken eiren je wil mooi zwembad, alleen de koffie was slecht niet te drinken iedereen liet zijn koffie staat, ook kon je koffie of thee op je kamer drinken, maar er was geen melkpoeder ik drink geen koffie zonder melk, laatste moest ik ik bijna Toeristen belasting betalen terwijl ik dat al aan Trip.com had betaald stond op de voucher including alle belastingen, Later was dat opgelost was echt een leuke dag gehad.
I recently stayed at Sables Dior and overall had a decent experience. The rooms were big and spacious with plenty of space to relax, which was a real plus. However, the rooms only had curtains instead of blinds, and the bathroom felt a bit outdated – the toilet and taps showed signs of rust, which took away from the overall comfort.
On the positive side, the service really stood out. Everyone working there was warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff, in particular, were fantastic – they were so kind and attentive, especially with the children, which made meals a really pleasant experience.
Overall, while the facilities could use some updates, the excellent service and friendliness of the staff made the stay enjoyable.
I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion.
Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately
Amazing hotel this was my 2nd time I've stayed it's best hotel ever I would recommend Amazing service and receptionist are very respected people close to beach Amazing rooms I would definitely come again inshallah

(revoir la corbeille de fruits d accueil, fruits a peine mûr. macaron très bien).
buffet pet dej. très moyen malgré un large choix.
hotel cher pour la prestation.
le village de taghazout accessible facilement à pied. un coin de paradis.
je n ai pas compris pourquoi faire payer l entrée/sortie du parking de l hôtel 15dhs. !
