Second time staying at this hotel. Room was better. Service was good. Lift was old and only can carry 3 people. Despite being a 4 star hotel there was no kettle or bottled water.
My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.
We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot.
A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge team, who truly went above and beyond. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, offering great recommendations for places to eat, and helped us with booking a taxi on our last day. We’re so grateful for his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Location was perfect is just right in front of the train station, but the room is extremely small and basic amenities like towel and shower gel only. They don’t even provide water. So people who are with lots of luggage gonna be hard in the small tiny room as you may not able to open up your luggage widely. The breakfast in the hotel is a plus point, the chef and the service crew are good and polite.
The room was very clean. Pretty spacious. Proper hot water running in the bathroom. Front desk staff was polite and helpful with queries. Hotel is walkable distance to old city and tourist attractions.
On the other hand, the listing should remove facilities that are not available like gym, free iron etc etc
Also, for the breakfast, for what you would be paying, it didn't look it worth what you would be paying for. . I did not go for it after having the chance to look at the breakfast spread.
The hotel is very close to the casa voyagers station, so it is very convenient to arrive at your destinations by train. A little far from the city centre, though.
Hotel had good location and cleanliness. However, we had to check out early due an early flight and messaged the hotels 2 days in advance to request early breakfast (which was part of our room rate) at 6am instead of 6:30am - 7 am regular starting time. We got a call to confirm the day before that coffee / juice / fruits extra only will be available at 6am. However, when we got there at 6am the next morning, the breakfast area lights were off, there was no one there, there no juice and coffee machine was only dispensing hot chlorate. We had to get the hotel reception guy turn on the lights and couldnt really do the breakfast because by the time, lights were turned on and juice arrived, it was time to go to the airport. Dissappointing service after sending advance messages and getting hotel confirmation for accommodation.
The Hyatt was the perfect place to end my stay in Morocco. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Perfectly located to enable easy access attractions in Casablanca. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
