Second time staying at this hotel. Room was better. Service was good. Lift was old and only can carry 3 people. Despite being a 4 star hotel there was no kettle or bottled water.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot. A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge team, who truly went above and beyond. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, offering great recommendations for places to eat, and helped us with booking a taxi on our last day. We’re so grateful for his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back again soon!

I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible.

Отель замечательный в марроканском стиле, да, не новый, но его стараются поддерживать в хорошем состоянии. Завтраки нормальные, очень много сладкой выпечки, из основного блюда омлет, или разные хлопья с молоком. Имейте в виду, рядом проходит трамвайная линия, звукоизоляции в номерах нет.

Ottimo hotel all’interno di un centro direzionale protetto e la sera molto tranquillo. Camere pulite e ben equipaggiate.

โรงแรมโดยรวมพอดูได้ โลเคชั่นดี ติดสถานีรถไฟ ทัศนคติการบริการของโรงแรมค่อนข้างแย่ โดยทั่วไปแล้ว ไม่เป็นไร แต่สุขอนามัยยังหวังว่าจะดีขึ้น

Отель будет удобен если собираетесь путешествовать в различные города Марокко на поезде из Касабланки. Из минусов отсутствие чайника, холодильника , сейфа.

Hotel had good location and cleanliness. However, we had to check out early due an early flight and messaged the hotels 2 days in advance to request early breakfast (which was part of our room rate) at 6am instead of 6:30am - 7 am regular starting time. We got a call to confirm the day before that coffee / juice / fruits extra only will be available at 6am. However, when we got there at 6am the next morning, the breakfast area lights were off, there was no one there, there no juice and coffee machine was only dispensing hot chlorate. We had to get the hotel reception guy turn on the lights and couldnt really do the breakfast because by the time, lights were turned on and juice arrived, it was time to go to the airport. Dissappointing service after sending advance messages and getting hotel confirmation for accommodation.

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that
