*ระวังมิจฉาชีพจากคนขับแท็กซี่ ผมโดนคนขับแท็กซี่จากสนามบินหลอก ผมไม่มีเบอร์ท้องถิ่น เลยให้คนขับโทรไปโรงแรม เขาหลอกผมและบอกว่าโรงแรมไม่รู้เรื่องการจองของผมเลย พอผมรู้ทีหลัง เขาก็พาผมไปที่โรงแรมที่เขาจ่ายค่าคอมมิชชั่นให้ หลังจากต่อ Wi-Fi และโทรหาโรงแรมเอง ผมก็ได้รู้ความจริงเกี่ยวกับคนขับแท็กซี่ โรงแรมเปิดแล้วและพวกเขาก็รอเราอยู่ หลังจากนั้นเราก็ได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมโดยตรงในราคาที่สมเหตุสมผลมาก

โรงแรมดีมากค่ะ แสงไฟสว่าง ห้องพักสะอาด มีรูมเซอร์วิส เมนูอาหารก็ดี อาหารก็อร่อยค่ะ เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมากๆ เลยค่ะ!!!!… ทำเลดีมาก การตกแต่งภายในก็สวยงาม พนักงานก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีค่ะ

Second time here. This time I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. From there I had extensive walks to explore Paharganj . Phascinating, but challenging, too. When coming back from adventures I had a safe haven in the hotel. A clean quiet space with all the facilities needed. Also very important: no hustlers in the hotel space,, nobody asked me to buy this or to do that. But the services I asked for were provided relyably. Everybody is different, but for me it was the perfekt place to stay in Paharganj.

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Location good. Amenities not good. No cloth hangers in bathroom of Room 2002. The bathroom door remains ajar, cannot be locked from the bedroom. No window in bedroom. Insufficient lights in room. No exhaust in bathroom. Service good. Food okay.

ใกล้สนามบินมากๆ แค่ 15 นาที ระบบบริเวณนั้นดีเลย แต่ระวังแท็กซีโกงมิเตอร์ เพราะตอนเรามาแท็กซีบอกว่า ค่าเข้าบริเวณนี้ 300 รูปี ซึ่งจริงๆไม่มี พี่ๆพนักงานโรงแรมก็เข้ามาช่วยคุยกับแท็กซีให้ น่ารักมากๆ สามารถฝากะเป๋าไว้แล้วออกไปเที่ยวได้เลย

I had the pleasure of staying at Andaz Delhi during my trip for HYROX Delhi, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, especially as I was preparing for a big race. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was extremely comfortable — perfect for much-needed rest and recovery. I especially appreciated the in-room amenities and the peaceful vibe after a long day of training and racing. What really stood out was the location and convenience. Being near the airport and well-connected to key areas made commuting a breeze, and the hotel’s calm, luxurious atmosphere was a great contrast to the high-energy race weekend. The breakfast spread was fantastic — fresh, diverse, and full of healthy options that suited my race prep diet. The staff even went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, which I truly appreciated. Big thank you to the Andaz Delhi team for making my HYROX trip so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to any athlete or traveler looking for comfort, class, and great hospitality in Delhi!

โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากถนน Dwarka 21 ประมาณ 10 นาทีหากเดินเท้า และนั่งรถน้อยกว่า 5 นาทีจากถนน Dwarka 21 สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและบริการก็ถือว่าดี ห้องอาหารของโรงแรมก็ใช้ได้

I checked in late in the night around 3.00 am . The front desk staff were very friendly and checked in quickly . Had issue with the room's cleanliness but the front desk staff happily reallocated to the better room . The management should look into the cleanliness issue of rooms and common areas otherwise it's not bad for the price .
