A solid choice for a beachside birthday trip. The location is the real highlight—steps from the sand with fantastic ocean views. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. While our room was basic and didn't have a balcony, it was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great value for the prime location.

The staff were very helpful, the person at the reception even knew my language, so it wasn't difficult to interpret he was always there to assist us with anything we needed. Such a lovely place.

very good stay.. neat and clean rooms.. lift available.. ac and non ac rooms there.. comfortable for family and solo and all... nearby bus stand and oposite to srinivasam complex.. only think is need mirror inside bathroom or washroom The stay was very good.. Before booking and checkin i was in doubtful about this stay.. But after check in the stay was very good and neat and clean.. Lift facilities is the plus point and water available... Need mirror inside washroom or bathroom that is the only suggestions otherwise all are good only.. I am looking forward for this stay in future also.. We stayed for 4 nights with 2 rooms experience was poor. 1.cleannes not up to the mark. 2. Hot water is not coming for 2 days. 3. TV Remote is not available for all 4 days. 4. Fan making noise. 5.Some of the lights were not working. 6.Breakfast timings no information. we informed the staff repeatedly but no action.

Sandeep residency hotel is good but mm t booking rate is to high on mm t app hotel rate is to cheaper than mm t first time we feel as cheated of mm t booking hotel

I liked the overall ambience of the hotel. Room was good. They provide good facilities. Complimentary breakfast was good. I got up late and missed the timing for breakfast but still they provided me fruit juice, fruit salad and veg sandwich. Overall i enjoyed my stay.

Property is located very close to the temple 😊. Disappointed to know that no food is made available leave alone breakfast.For ₹5000/- night,we expected minimum amenities but a big NO.Sorry we can’t recommend the hotel to anyone.People are courteous though.Our expectations of MMT services are much higher than that.Before suggesting you make sure the hotel meets minimum standards.
