Booking a hotel was a little complicated but amendment requests were a disaster. I panicked a lot but there were no restrictions when I stayed at the hotel, everything was smooth.
The overall experience was really good, it is very near to foster square railway statuon and interchange. The staff were really polite and kind.the checkin roughly took abot 2..3 minutes. I really recommend this place if you need a pause from your busy schedule.
We’re a couple who decided to visit Leeds and booked this hotel last minute. It turned out to be an excellent choice.
Customer service was top-notch from start to finish — staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating with every request. The room and all common areas were spotless, which immediately set the right impression.
Breakfast exceeded expectations: fresh, well organised, and plenty of choice. The overall environment was great too. The Royal Armouries are right behind the hotel, with lakes surrounding the area, making it a beautiful and relaxing spot. We were lucky to have sunny weather on Saturday, which made it even better.
Highly recommended. Solid experience all round.
Nice enough hotel, room was spacious and well equipped. But it was a little bit old and grubby in the bathroom, not terrible but not brilliant. The old building is lovely but the extensions are pretty ghastly.
Close to train station, friendly reception staff.
Room good size, beds comfortable, lift very slow.
Restaurant, staff friendly and attentive,
food good+++.
Lovely breakfast.
Would go back.
Fair price
Customer services was up to par, and the location of the hotel was honestly pretty wonderful-but the lack of amenities made the hotel nights kind of frustrating. This leads to the most prominent issue- the lack of a fridge; which in my opinion should be a common staple across all hotels. So although in I would still recommend this hotel to other tourists a fridge across all rooms is extremely recommended so guests could store a diverse choice of food and drinks that they desire.
