โรงแรมมีประวัติยาวนานหลายร้อยปี เมื่อคุณไปทานอาหารเช้า คุณจะได้พบกับความรู้สึกทางประวัติศาสตร์มาก คุณสามารถเดินเล่นในโบสถ์ตรงข้ามได้ อายุหลายร้อยปี ทั้งเมืองเป็นอาคารเก่าแก่หลายร้อยปี และคุณสามารถออกไปเที่ยวได้เมื่อมีเวลา มีร้านอาหารจีนอยู่ใกล้ๆ เดิน 10 นาที

มีความสุขกับการพักผ่อนสปาที่ผ่อนคลายจริงๆ สปาเปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่ 6.00 น. ถึง 22.00 น. โดยไม่มีการจองล่วงหน้าซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก อาคารสะอาด พนักงานต้อนรับหนุ่มก็ยิ้มแย้มและช่วยเหลือดีมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อยและเลานจ์บาร์ก็เยี่ยมมาก บริเวณสวนสวย สนามกอล์ฟก็ดี อย่างสูงไป

Service was good Lighting in the room was not good - when you enter a room you expect a light switch to be near the door instead of having to go to the light switches half way into the room next to the bed, even the receptionist was baffled. To get a light on near to the door entrance you have to turn the bathroom light on !!! A socket to the left hand side of the window is fitted sideways !!! The sockets to the right hand side of the dressing table should not be one on top of the other Lots of condensation on the windows therefore dripping due to the aluminium frames

We lived one night in a king bed room 416, there was no heater available, only air conditioner, but the air-con wasn't working for heating function for the whole night since we entered the room, the wind came out are all CLOD! It was freezing all night compared the temperature was only 2 degree that day. The experience was terrible.

Friendly staff and great spot for me and my friend as we both have mobility issues. Just across the road from Norwich station. Very good price, lovely breakfast what is there to like. I read some reviews saying the food was bad it wasn't and also the bar was dirty this wasn't my experience. It is not the Ritz but it was clean, accessible and secure staff lovely.

As a solo business traveller, this place was perfect for what I needed.

Whilst the room was beautiful and clean, the service let the place down. Waited fir 15 minutes to book in, found out about a hotel carpark fee when we arrived. Breakfast was slow and gad to call someone over to get a coffee refill. Builing and room were lovely
