We have stayed in the Imperial many times . Its a classy hotelwhich is proud of its history . I live seeing the photos of all the celebrities who have stayed there . Yes its a bit of a walk from the station for rail users like ourselves just less than a mile but pretty flat and you can walk along the front if you wish . That ensures a good nights sleep though because youre away from thd rough and tumble of Blackpool crowds . The breakfast is fantastic and the bar is a highlight cleniness and service are top notch. If we go to Blackpool to watch a show its the only hotel I will stay in !

First time using Holiday Inn Good things are Spacious room with great standard Comfortable and clean bed & pillows , and towels ( a big and a small for one person each ) Has kettle and tea/ coffee with treats ( biscuits) Has a hair dryer and an iron with an iron board inside the wardrobe. It has a round table and a sofa chair on top of a worktop table and chair . It has a small gym , a swimming pool and jacuzzi . Can include breakfast and dinner ( has restaurant) and can order to the room ( room service) I only brought bed and breakfast and breakfast is great choices and plenty. Even for gluten free options! Bad things Hotel lift has broken and put me on 3rd floor but I can request the staff to give me on the ground floor ( said last room / no other choice) twin room . It is better to write the request that in the event of lifts are not working to give ground floor or lower floor. Kettle has no sieve ( may be broken before me. ) The sofa chair has a stain before me . Overall very good service and great room and has good facilities.

ทุกอย่างดี พนักงานเป็นมิตร อยู่ตรงข้ามป้ายรถรางเลย วิวจากหน้าต่างห้องนอนสวยงาม และเตียงนอนสบาย ปัญหาหนึ่งที่ผมเจอคือผมจองห้องพักอย่างเดียวและพยายามจ่ายค่าอาหารเย็นที่โรงแรม แต่ตลอดสัปดาห์นั้น ทางโรงแรมรับลูกค้าแค่จำนวนจำกัด ทำให้ผมต้องออกไปทานมื้อเย็นข้างนอก นอกนั้นก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร และจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

Fabulous stay at the Best Western Carlton in Blackpool. The staff could not have done more to help, and the lady on the front desk was so friendly and chatty. They helped immediately when they realised I had a pram, toddler and 2 bags and was alone - even changing our room to make things easier. Lovely people! Only downside was the thin walls, meaning we could hear every word of the 4am argument in the room next door!!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟเป็นปัจจัยที่ยอดเยี่ยมในการจองโรงแรมนี้ของเรา ภายในไม่กี่นาทีเราจองที่แผนกต้อนรับที่เป็นมิตรมาก ทั้งหมดใช้เวลาเพียงไม่กี่นาที  ห้องพักดีมากสะอาดและโปร่งสบายมาก เดินเล่นในห้องอาบน้ํา /wet นั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก อาหารเช้าดีมาก การเลือกอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ดี พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรมากไม่สามารถขอเพิ่มเติมได้  เราจะกลับไปอีกครั้ง ทุกสิ่งที่เราต้องการสําหรับการเข้าพัก 3 คืน

เราก็ผิดหวังในสถานการณ์ที่จอดรถ ไม่ได้ทําให้ชัดเจนว่าต้องขับรถเข้าไปตรงไหนมีป้ายบอกทางออกและกดให้เค้ายกที่กั้น แล้วเสียดายที่ไม่มีห้องเลยต้องโทรเข้าไปหารีเซฟชั่นเพื่อหาว่าเราจอดที่ไหนได้มันเครียดไปหน่อยและอาจจะหลีกเลี่ยงได้ ตัวโรงแรมมีความปลอดภัยมากเพราะต้องกดเพื่อเข้าทางเข้า เมื่อไปถึง reception ที่ชั้น 1 เราได้การต้อนรับและจัดสรรห้องพัก ห้องพักเหนื่อยมากมีรอยขีดข่วนและรอยขีดข่วนผนังและเพดาน ห้องน้ํามีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครันแต่รอยแตกใหญ่มากอยู่ในกระเบื้องบนพื้นยาวประมาณสองฟุตครึ่ง หัวฝักบัวสกปรกและด้านล่างของประตูหลักหลุดลอกไปหมด เตียงเป็นที่นอนเดี่ยวสองเตียงวางไว้ด้วยกันซึ่งใช้งานได้ดีอย่างเห็นได้ชัดและหมายถึงมีหลุมกั้นระหว่างซึ่งไม่ค่อยสะดวกสบายเท่าไหร่ บาร์ราคาแพงสําหรับเครื่องดื่มและพนักงานดูเหมือนจะทําหน้าที่บริการและทําความสะอาดโต๊ะ ฯลฯ พนักงานคนเดิมบางคนที่ทานอาหารเช้าและมันก็แค่รู้สึกว่าพนักงานน้อยไปหน่อยโดยรวม ตัวอาหารเช้ามีเพียงพอแต่ธรรมดาๆ เราได้แจ้ง reception เรื่องการเช็คเอาท์ของข้อหาเนื่องจากเราไม่ใช่คนที่จะบ่นแต่ปัญหาต่างๆ ทําให้แตกต่างกันและบางเรื่องก็แค่การบํารุงรักษาทั่วไป

ลูกสาวของฉันและฉันพักที่นี่หนึ่งคืนเมื่อเธอเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันเต้น โรงแรมน่ารักมาก เราได้รับการต้อนรับด้วยรอยยิ้มจากโฮสต์เขาเป็นมิตรยินดีต้อนรับและช่วยเหลือดีมาก เรามีห้องที่กว้างขวางพร้อมวิวทะเล มันสะอาดและใหญ่พอที่จะนอนได้ 5 เตียงนอนสบายมาก เรามีอุปกรณ์เครื่องดื่มร้อนมากมาย อุปกรณ์อาบน้ําที่ให้นั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก พอใจกับราคามากและจะยินดีกลับมาอีกในอนาคต ขอบคุณวินนี่ มันเยี่ยมมาก

Very disappointed , no parking , no reception , shower temperature didn’t work , the lady did her best , would not recommend.

Great pub to stay at. Comfortable rooms great shower/bath. Good offering excellent and innovative don't miss specials board. Breakfast was good value choose the £15 option better vfm. We are both coeliac and this inn has a great GF menu. Staff are great very friendly and helpful. Recommemded.

We stayed over for a night - late check in and out. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We have 2 children, a 4 years old and a 5 months old. We arrived quite late and so were the last table in the restaurant for dinner as well as the last to join the breakfast. However, the staff made sure we have all we needed and tried their best to help us. Impressive service and a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the next visit to Lancaster.
