โรงแรมเก่าแก่แบบดั้งเดิม ถึงแม้บางพื้นที่จะดูเก่า แต่ห้องพักก็สะอาดและสะดวกสบาย ทุกอย่างใช้งานได้ดี บริการเป็นกันเอง ไม่มีอะไรจะติเมื่อเทียบกับราคาที่จ่ายไป ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษ แต่ก็ไม่ได้แย่อะไร

I chose the hotel given it was next to the University that I wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, spacious and friendly staff. A special mention to Carolyn who was particularly helpful and gave me useful information about the town which I last visited 26 years ago!

Reasonably priced hotel with all the basics and friendly service. One girl changing the rooms when we were leaving saw me struggling with my luggage and hurried to carry it to the main door for me which I really appreciated. The room was clean and adequate but our stay was somewhat spoiled when we discovered that the shower was stuck on extremely hot..too hot to use temperature so we had to content ourselves with washing at the wash basin which we didn't appreciate.

Great example of a HolidayInn Express. Quite a busy bar and nightlife which was welcoming. Great place to watch the football or whatever major sports event is live. Room quite average, but that's not a bad thing. Very clean. I'll probably be back quite soon.

The accommodation was very nice, comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We did enjoy our stay and exploring the area

A great Hotel, stayed for 3 nights while visiting family. Great location, 1 minute from M6 junction, with free parking, took a dip in the pool, Spa and Steam room after a long day. 2 minute drive down the road is a McDonalds to keep kids happy and next door to McDonald s is a car park for EV charging for anyone with an Electric car, this is partly the reason for booking holiday Inn as needed to charge the car, Holiday Inn do have a restaurant and bar, quite pricey so used this once in our stay, but it’s a well stocked bar and pretty good menu. Breakfast was plenty, lots to choose from, playground outside for the children and a small play area in the lounge part of the bar, I do believe they also cater for dogs as saw a few during the stay and the reception had a treat jar.

For the price you can’t complain, bathroom was slightly small but room was big enough. Really clean and the woman receptionist was friendly. Can either pay £10 next to the property for the day or pay £7 in the churches car park.

I had asked the staff to decorate our room as a surprise for my husband for our wedding anniversary, and so much effort was put into doing this. The staff left us a card and wrote such a lovely message to complete the gesture and make it even more special. Hope you guys enjoy your mince pies and chocolate from me and hubby !! ❤️ definitely would stay again.

Satisfactory for 2 nights. Clean, warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. Dinner meals were great. Good location with ample parking space.
