Bags of character, they play up to the castle theme and that's a good thing! I normally hate single rooms but was made up with this one. So comfy...PS it's *******
Room old and outdated - hotel needs refurbished in older areas - new spirts bar disappointing expensive and not that clean - nenus dirty with fingerprints and sticky - considering brand new they beed higher standards tho mains in Fusion were good but prawn crackers at £5.95 were awful
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and we were able to take our dog for a small additional fee. We will return.
A lovely traditional country house hotel. The public rooms were just what you expected, old world charm, the food excellent but the best asset was the friendly and helpful staff. Unable to comment on bedrooms as we were in an accessible room which wasn’t great, good parking though. Needs attention to basic customer requirements, overall a great few days
ผผู้เข้าพักSpacious room, nice kitchenette and basic accommodation. The room was a little tired and smelled a bit musty, but very clean and I slept well. Check-in was straight forward enough at the bar and very nice bar staff member. Several buses can be caught very nearby and it’s around 10 minutes into town (£2 single or £4 day pass). I would stay again :)
