Hôtel qui était précédemment un Kyriad de qualité, a changé d'enseigne mais le service et la qualité ne sont plus au rendez-vous. Personnel inexpérimenté, chambre non faite tous les jours, clim réversible extrêmement bruyante, et peu de chaleur. Point positif parking en sous sol et emplacement très confortable pour visiter le marché de Noël

โรงแรมสวยและสะอาด ทําเลที่ตั้งก็ดี อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีกลางแนนซี่มากนักและสามารถเดินถึงได้ภายใน 12-15 นาที Place Stanislas ยังสามารถเดินได้ แต่ใช้เวลาประมาณ 20 นาที

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก อาหารอร่อย แต่ราคาสูงไปหน่อย รู้สึกเสียไปหน่อยสําหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ ทิวทัศน์ก็ดีมาก คราวหน้าจะจองอีก ยังคงให้ห้าดาวสรรเสริญ!

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ถนนคนเดินและการค้าสามารถเดินไปได้ ห้องสะอาดขยะดี เสียดายที่ฝ้าเพดานมีรอยนิดหน่อยกับส่วนที่เหลือของห้อง (ให้ความรู้สึกเป็นเวทัส) มีเครื่องดื่มและเค้กให้บริการตลอดเวลา รวมทั้ง aperitif เพิ่มเติมระหว่างการเข้าพักและมีค่ามาก พนักงานให้การต้อนรับและพร้อมให้บริการ เป็นการพักที่ดีมาก

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget bra, när city och flera restauranger. Rummen mycket fina och rymliga. Frukosten helt OK. Det enda vi inte var nöjda med var att all äggröra var helt slut redan kl 08.00 när vi skulle äta frukost. När vi frågade efter mer sa frukostpersonalen att det var slut och mer skulle inte komma.

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.
