The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

เครื่องปรับอากาศและผ้าปูที่นอนสบายมาก มีอาเปโรให้กินฟรีทุกวัน ผลไม้ คุกกี้ น้ําแข็ง และกาแฟ เดินทางสะดวก ติดสถานีรถราง มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่เลคคอร์นอยู่ใกล้ๆ

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ เดินเพียง 7 นาทีก็ถึง ใจกลางเมืองอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 5 นาที พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีตู้นิรภัยและกาต้มน้ำ มีพื้นที่เหลือเฟือสำหรับกระเป๋าเดินทาง ตอนเช็คอิน ห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ พื้นสกปรก และอ่างล้างหน้าก็ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดอย่างทั่วถึง ผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ไม่ค่อยสะอาด และมีเส้นผมอยู่ในผ้าปูที่นอน ห้องพักอบอุ่น และแรงดันน้ำดี อาหารเช้าราคา 14 ยูโร ซึ่งถือว่าดีมากเมื่อเทียบกับมาตรฐานของฝรั่งเศส

Personnel sympathique et serviable. Mais les chambres sont à 30° et même avec le ventilateur rien n'y fait, il brasse de l'air chaud. Réponse du personnel, nous sommes un 2 étoiles, il n'y aura jamais de l'air co. Mais des moustiquaires, des stores externes, un isolant sur les façades externes....bref rattraper la mauvaise conception du bâtiment. Personnellement, sans changement, je zapperai vos offres. Nous sommes repartis plus fatigués quand arrivant du a une nuit sans véritable sommeil. A bon entendeur salut

ห้อง 301 หันหน้าเข้าลานภายใน ทำให้แสงธรรมชาติส่องเข้ามาน้อย พื้นที่ห้องไม่กว้างขวาง เครื่องปรับอากาศแทบไม่ได้ใช้ คุณต้องปรับเองในเวลากลางคืนเพื่อให้ได้อากาศเย็น หรือเปิดหน้าต่างเพื่อระบายอากาศ การทำความสะอาดไม่ค่อยทั่วถึง มีเส้นผมสั้นๆ จำนวนมากบนปลอกหมอนหนึ่งใบและบนโถสุขภัณฑ์ ไม่มีน้ำดื่มในตู้เย็นตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับนำมาให้สองขวด แต่ในวันถัดมาเมื่อฉันลงไปเอาน้ำ พวกเขาก็ให้มาแค่ขวดเดียว วันที่สาม พนักงานต้อนรับหญิงอีกคนเข้าเวร และเมื่อฉันโทรไปขอน้ำ พวกเขาบอกว่าฉันต้องจ่ายเงิน ฉันซื้อน้ำหนึ่งลิตรในราคาไม่กี่เซ็นต์ที่คาร์ฟูร์ข้างๆ มาตรฐานการบริการไม่สม่ำเสมอ บริเวณโดยรอบค่อนข้างคึกคักและปลอดภัย โรงแรมมองเห็นได้จากทางออกสถานีรถไฟ เดินไปโบสถ์ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาที ซึ่งสะดวกดี พื้นที่สำหรับเที่ยวชมสถานที่ต่างๆ ก็ไม่กว้างมากนัก

I usually don’t write reviews but this time I do want to! I spent 3 lovely days in this beautiful house, absolutely loved every minute of it! The host Philippe is a very kind, sincere and warm person, I felt at home! The room and common area were very clean and well decorated. Thank you again Philippe for the hospitality, I’ll definitely come back again during summer.

Soggiorno perfetto! L’hotel è situato in una posizione strategica: a soli 4 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e con un comodissimo parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte. Le camere sono moderne, curate nei minimi dettagli, con materassi eccellenti e biancheria in lino di ottima qualità che fa davvero la differenza. Bagni spaziosi e impeccabili nella pulizia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i vari spazi all’aperto, perfetti per rilassarsi. Un plauso speciale al ragazzo alla reception, semplicemente fantastico e super disponibile. Per non parlare della colazione: davvero favolosa! Consigliatissimo.

The hotel is very well located and clean. I had a problem and I had to go to the hospital and they helped me a lot. I really like the hotel employees and my stay in general.

Nice and comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was a good choice for a short stopover.
