In Finland, water from the tap is drinkable, and all the restaurants I had been to in Helsinki, offered table water for free, but not in Scandic Aviacongress Helsinki, it is a chargeable item for €1.50, small amount but that really is not a good business strategy. It should be offered as a complimentary unless one requests for a sparkling/still water in a bottle.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind — they allowed us a late check-out and provided luggage storage, which made our travel day much easier.
There was no kettle in the room initially, but after we requested one, the staff promptly arranged it for us. We really appreciated their quick response and good service.
Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly and accommodating staff.
very nice and helpful front desk staff, great breakfast buffet with wide range of food options, peaceful surroundings with supermarkets that opens 24hrs, close to the waterfront.
I enjoyed my stay there a lot :)))!!!
The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was spacious and clean.
The amenities were great from what we used, additionally the location is about 15-20 mins from city centre but not an issue in the slightest, also the airport is about 40 mins by public transport.
All in all great experience and would recommend.
VVynus Pei LinI think the corridor floor of guestrooms should be vacuumed daily as some guests bring along their pet with fur everywhere. Other than that, the breakfast should be provided regardless of whether its public holidays or not as guest who has booked the room with breakfast not aware Midsummer Fressi Cafe not operates.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe house is about 1 1/2 hours drive west of Helsinki in the middle of a forest area. The main hut also includes a sauna house with another place to sleep and a small lake with a rowing boat. The quiet location is ideal for relaxing days with the family t
