The room did not look like the photo at all. We were offered to stayed in a room with a small window. I asked to change to room and they offered me the room next door, slightly better but still not enough sun light and feels like a dungeon. Good and safe location — just a small bridge away from the old town. The room was clean and stylish; I appreciated the minimalist design, though it was a bit small — once my suitcase was open, there was little space left to move around. Two staff members were flirting at the front desk when I approached, which didn’t feel very professional. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed throughout my stay.

Receptionist Siophan is exceptional reactive. Bed is so clean, comfy but too low, cannot sit on bed & not hit the head.. Cleanliness is ultra good. It is not spacious, very cramp but the price is good..... So near to Al alhambra. It is in Albacin itself... To go bus station, Bus #33

We booked a one night stay at Ilunion Alcora. The room was nice and clean and pretty spacious. However, there was no water bottles or kettle to make tea which is a basic thing in any hotel. We brought our own slippers to use. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was basic and no choice for a vegetarian person which is a shame as my partner is vegetarian, and there was no option for him to eat. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for one night.

Second time at this hotel A tad pricey but so is the whole of Marbella! Love the rooftop pool and spa massages are the best I’ve ever had! Staff are super friendly and accommodating For an easy stay I would definitely return!

El hotel ofrece una experiencia placentera con sus amplias instalaciones y un entorno natural impresionante. La atención del personal es excepcional, y la variedad de servicios, como la piscina, contribuyen a una estancia agradable. Sin embargo, en la primera planta, se pueden escuchar muchos ruidos desde temprano, lo que puede afectar el descanso. Además, en cuanto al cuarto de baño siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería de tener bañeras sino plato de ducha, el agua no regulaba bien la temperatura, lo que fue un inconveniente durante la estancia.

Muy correcto. Desayuno buffet Justito pero correcto. Atento por parte del personal. Algunos ruidos nocturnos. Para quien vaya al pueblo, perfecro, quien vaya al NOVO, es un coñazo ir en coche varías veces
