El hotel como tal es increíblemente limpio que el personal es muy amable, el desayuno podría mejorar y tener un poquito más de variedad, la atención de la personal si es de primera. Pero tengo que hacer unas anotaciones frente al lugar esto queda en un lugar llamado zona franca, que es una conglomerado de bodegas aduaneras, por esta razón a la entrada de este lugar hay un servicio de seguridad que es atendido por unos porteros muy groseros, es un fastidio tener que registrar cédula pasaporte cada vez que entras y sales y que los servicios de Taxi Uber no puedan entrar y tengan que registrarse también y uno no puede entrar con el transporte poniendo su seguridad en riesgo. Además son supremamente atrevidos retuvieron mi documento mientras verificaban que yo estaba en el hotel sabiendo que yo había acabado de salir y ya me habían recibido hacía menos de dos horas. Yo les recomendaría avisarle de estos inconvenientes a los huéspedes.

The place was very nice, clean room every day, restaurant staff was excellent, I had surgery and they took care of any request, very good stay, only thing missing is a bit of activities or an additional restaurant.

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

The location in Candelaria district is perfect, they provide a relatively good breakfast and have a daily room service. That’s all on the good side. There is a lot on the bad side. My room was on the first floor (meaning the second after “planta baja”, so both windows look at atrium where the hotel cafe is, so you hear whatever is happening in the cafe and reception all the time 24/7 and that means talks, piano, calls…there is no sound proofing at all. That’s not all, you also smell whatever they cook in the kitchen and I guess they are not enforcing because in my bathroom I kept smelling tabaco smoke as if I am in packed smoking room in the airport. Also the room probably was nicely furnished 20 years ago but it is all worn out completely, things are virtually falling apart. Seriously..I had plank if the vanity falling when tried to place towel on the hanger and if you seat in the armchair you just sink into it so old and worn out it is. Because of the position of the bed, the cabinet door cannot be opened. There is no kettle, iron, or ironing board in the room. To sum up, the hotel might be an option if you are here for a short stay and it is offered cheap (as it was in my case) but I strongly recommend against staying there longer.

酒店衞生很好，離附近的大使館也很近，環境相對安靜。但下午三點才能入住。中午十二點十五到達，酒店不給安排住宿，要等到下午三點。這個有點鬱悶。最後發現訂單裏寫的下午三點入住，這點確實不太合理。

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

De aankomst na 30 uur reizen deed me schrikken; in een donkele louche straat stopte de taxi voor een garage poort.... Ik verzocht de taxichauffeur meteen om te wachten tot ik binnen was, waar was ik midden in de nacht terechtgekomen? Maar toen de deur opende en ik in de lobby kwam was alles OK!!! Vriendelijk (in het engels!) werd ik te woord gestaan. Dus de taxi mocht vertrekken, ik was gearriveerd. Snel naar de kamer, om in bed te kruipen, want ik was kapot moe... De kamer op de 1e verdieping was klein, maar toereikend. Een (te) kort bed, waar mijn voeten overheen hingen, deerde mij niet, TV, WiFi en een zuivere douche en lakens. Alles wat je je kunt wensen... De volgende ochtend ontbijt, included. Het meisje was iets te laat, maar daar kon ik mee leven. Om 10 over zeven een heerlijke uitsmijter en toost; vergezeld van wat (louw) water voor de pillen en een héérlijke kop koffie! Ook een exta toast werd met handen en voeten besteld en snel geleverd... Service ten top. Helaas was de jongen van de nachtdienst die engels sprak vroeg vertrokken... Een taxi naar het vliegveld met handen en voeten geregeld. Voor minder dan een kwart van de prijs van de avond tevoren, werd ik netjes op het vliegveld afgezet! Chapeau deze aanvullende service! Kort om op de eerste indruk niet te snel afgaan; de service en netheid en uitrusting is eenvoudig maar compleet! Een dikke 9 uit 10 voor dit goedkope, eenvoudige hotelletje!

Muy buen hotel, muy cerca del aeropuerto y bien comunicado. Ya nos hemos alojado aquí varias veces, y el personal siempre nos ayuda... En esta ocasión, pudimos hacer early check in en la mañana.... Otra veces ha sido late check out... Siempre ponen.lo.mejor para que la estancia sea maravillosa

Very good hotel to stay close to the airport. The airport shut y le is regular and very convenient. The bed was amazing and it’s very clean. Definitely a very good choice in case of early morning flights or long layovers.
