The owner of the hotel speaks English, very well. recommends places to visit, restaurants, coffee shops, and arranges a car from Wanfenglin to Guiyang for only 170 yuan per person. The breakfast is very delicious, the noodles are soft and tasty. The accommodation is very good. We very happy the hotel over 5 stars .the dog and cat very lovely

Me and my girlfriend got picked up at Congjiang train station which was very convenient. Right from the start the owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation is located at the back of the village next to a field where they grow rapeseed flowers and rice during the year. For us the location was perfect as it is very peaceful and quiet but simultaneously litterally a few steps away from the beautiful vibrant little village. The room was very spacious and clean with a gorgeous view on the field. The interior is very well matched and has great facilities. There was even a small laundry machine so we could do some laundry ourselves. So far during our travels in China, this stay was the best we had! There is a very stylish and cute coffee/restaurant located on the first floor of the building. This is also where you will have a delicious breakfast and where Ni Li and her sister will greet you with a smile every time you walk by. Ni Li, her husband Tao Mingqing, her sister and brother played a crucial part during our stay as after the first night my wife got very sick due to an infection and barely left the room during our stay. The second night I got foodpoisoning which made the situation even worse. (Not from the hotel!). We ended up extending our stay due to her condition. Luckily Li's English is very good so that helped us a lot in navigating the medical difficulties. We were extremely lucky to be staying with Li and her family as they took care of us like we were their own family. Preparing custom meals and dinner tailored to our needs every single day, preparing us tea, calling the local doctors and translating and taking us to the local hospital back and forth multiple times. We were there during the Qingming festival so no cars were allowed in the village which made it more difficult to reach the hospital. This didn't stop Tao Mingqing as he took us to the local hospital several times on the motorbike, one by one! The last time I even forgot a bag and he even went back to get it for me! He truly is a legend. Fortunately, my recovery was fairly quickly so I had the chance to explore the village a little by myself and spend time with Li and Ming while staying close to the room for my girlfriend. On day 4 my girlfriend's fever was coming down and she improved a little. Li and Ming invited us to have tea with them. Ming showed me his vast collection of tea and made sure to prepare the best tea suitable for our condition. The tea was truly amazing and he ended up filling a big bag with different kinds of teas as a gift for us! And that was not it, to make sure we would never forget them and drink tea mindfully the Chinese way when we're back home, they gave us the tea cups we used traditionally decorated with the blue dragon and phoenix. It was a very stressful situation and when we felt at our most fragile, they were there to take care of us, strangers they just met. This says everything about these wonderful people. Even though the illness of my girlfriend and the rough situation, we think back to our stay with a very warm hearth as our special experience forged a bond we'll never forget. We are incredibly lucky to have met Li and her family. We have said thank you to them 100s of times already, but I can't express enough how grateful I am for this people. Thank you for taking care of us like your family!!! ＜3 If you are unsure about staying here, there is truly no reason why you shouldn't! Whatever the situation, Li and her family will do everything they can to improve your stay. I'm sure you'll have a blast!

這次陪着母親和孩兒們入住遵義百桉度假酒店體驗非常棒，酒店藏在雲門囤的山水之間，環境清幽，被山林環繞，無邊泳池、大草坪和萌寵樂園氛圍感十足，開窗就是喀斯特山水景色，拍照特別出片。 管家服務貼心細緻，有任何需求都會及時響應、盡力辦妥；前台、餐廳工作人員都熱情周到，待人很親切。酒店餐食口味不錯，早餐豐盛，菜品新鮮。房間乾淨寬敞，配套設施齊全，度假休閑氛圍感拉滿，親子、情侶出遊都很合適，是遠離城市喧囂、放鬆身心的好地方，下次還會再來。

พนักงานเป็นกันเองสุด ๆ ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากห้องพักสะอาดมากและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี บริการดีมากและรวดเร็วมาก เมื่อเรามีปัญหากับเครื่องทําความร้อนพนักงานก็ติดต่อช่างทันทีเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา เราได้ห้องใต้หลังคาเพราะเราเป็นครอบครัว 4 คนรวมถึงเด็กเล็ก 2 คน เราชอบห้องนี้เพราะกว้างขวางพร้อมวิวที่สวยงามของทั้งหมู่บ้าน ขอแนะนําให้ทุกคนมาพักที่นี่อย่างแน่นอนสําหรับทําเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมและบริการชั้นหนึ่ง

在梵凈山當地小縣城裡訂的一個酒店環境很好完全超過我心裏的預期了入住會送登山包性價比很高 ，真的很不錯。這邊縣城的空氣是真的是沒得説很喜歡天空很好看。酒店的前台小姐姐很好服務態度😄很有耐心 衞生：阿姨打掃的很仔細 環境：很好 服務：很好早餐也很好吃

This hotel has one of the best levels of service we have ever experienced. We travel frequently and have visited many countries, but we have never encountered such genuine kindness, care, and hospitality anywhere else. Our room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulation, which could have been better. However, this was completely overshadowed by the outstanding service, so it hardly mattered. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They are the reason we will always have such warm memories of China. They helped us choose an excursion, took care of all the arrangements, and even thoughtfully prepared a container of freshly cut watermelon for us to take on our trip. They also helped us rent a scooter, making sure we got the best and most affordable option. They were always willing to help, answer our questions, and do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On the day we checked out, they surprised us with two giraffe toys and another container of freshly cut watermelon. On top of that, they offered to drive us to the railway station free of charge. We never even asked—they simply wanted to help. Their kindness, attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care for their guests are truly exceptional. They are wonderful people and true professionals. We sincerely hope their hard work is recognized and rewarded because they absolutely deserve it. The service at this hotel deserves not 5 out of 5, but 10 out of 5. It exceeded every expectation we had. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so warm, comfortable, and unforgettable!

The entire place smelled fresh and clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Amenities ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The views from this hotel are absolutely breathtaking! We could enjoy stunning scenery from the bedroom, bathroom, and swimming pool area. The pool itself is large, clean, and beautifully designed. The outdoor areas are truly amazing — surrounded by nature, it feels like you’re staying in the middle of a peaceful forest. Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and even helped us carry our bags, which was greatly appreciated. Food ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) The food was okay, but the flavours were a little bland for our taste. The breakfast selection is also quite limited, but there was still enough to start the day. There aren’t many takeaway options nearby, so it’s worth keeping that in mind if you’re planning your meals. Pet Friendly 🐾 A huge bonus is that the hotel is pet friendly! This made our stay even better, as it’s not always easy to find beautiful places that welcome pets. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would 100% recommend this hotel for your next getaway. We did go out at night to visit the nearby ancient town, but honestly, next time we would rather spend more time enjoying the hotel itself. The peaceful atmosphere, incredible views, and relaxing environment make it a place worth staying and truly unwinding.
