โรงแรมสัตว์เลี้ยงในเซาเปาลู บราซิล

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

Due Carnival time, it was a mess, i had trouble in my previous reservation, they made change rooms (although on moment of first check-in they ”warranty” i didn't need to do so, and let be clear: I DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING). Let's say I'md very displeased and disappointed by the management of my stay(s) from 26/Feb to March/02.

Lindo hotel donde los empleados son muy amables, brindan buen servicio, en especial el desayuno, el cual es muy completo. Tiene un área de piscina que es muy bonita. Lo único que modificaría sería poner un horno en vez del lavavajillas de la habitación. Destaco el balcón con vista a la ciudad, el cual me parece fundamental para volver.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดี ใกล้ Avenida Paulista เงียบสงบ ไม่มีการจราจรหนาแน่น มีร้านอาหารมากมาย ห้องพักกว้างขวาง คุณภาพไม่ค่อยธรรมดาในโรงแรมในเมืองใหญ่ของบราซิล ร้านอาหารดีสําหรับคนไม่อยากย้าย

Room is very small if it is for 2 people. Breakfast was OK. Shower was good albeit small. There is a bit of smell when coming in the room but overall good price for location and comfort

Atendimento espetacular desde o checking até o checkout, refeições de qualidade. Parabéns pelo atendimento maravilhoso e excelente trabalho de vocês. Obrigado pela atenção e até uma próxima oportunidade

I have been here for 3rd time and everything is amazing here, the location is very safe for foreigners as you know Paulista district is 24hours monitoring by police. The best about here is everything walking distance not more than kilometers, restaurants and shopping mall. I recommended to every tourists that come to Brazil to stay here. Management and amenities all complete and the apartment is very clean, i give rate 9.5/10.
