サマルカンドの駅に深夜に到着したので、駅の近くのこのホテルを取りました。駅から徒歩15分、大通りの明るい道だったので、1人で心配なくたどり着くことができました。 フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ、清潔な室内、十分な朝食で大満足でした。 室内には冷蔵庫やエアコン、バスローブ、アメニティーなどが完備されていました。 チェックアウトの後も、荷物を預かってもらえたので、身軽に街歩きを楽しむことができました。良いホテルだと思います。

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

The hotel itself is nice. It’s in a quiet location with decent facilities. However,our room is just fair size.The breakfast was healthy with good variety, and the staff (especially the young lady serving) spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay until checkout. When we asked for the required proof of accommodation to leave the country, the staff told us there was a customs registration issue on our entry (which I later confirmed was false). Despite them pretending to try and fix it, we left empty-handed. Because of this delay, we missed our pre-booked coach to Bukhara and lost UZS 585,000 in total (UZS 195,000 per ticket for three people). Every other hotel we stayed at in Tashkent and Bukhara provided the E-Mehmon registration without delay. I really don't understand why this hotel makes a routine procedure such a huge technical problem. It was their mistake which caused our financial and time loss.

ห้องพักที่เราได้รับไม่เหมือนกับในรูป เราจองไว้สองห้อง ซึ่งเล็กมากทั้งสองห้อง เราเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางไม่ได้ด้วยซ้ำ ห้องพักสะอาดพอใช้ได้ แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า และผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ไม่ขาวเหมือนเดิมแล้ว แม้ว่าจะเห็นได้ชัดว่าพวกเขาพยายามซักอย่างดีแล้วก็ตาม มีร้านอาหารอยู่ชั้นล่าง อาหารเช้าก็พอใช้ได้ ไข่ต้มสุกไม่ทั่วถึง และเสิร์ฟไส้กรอกครั้งละไม่กี่ชิ้น ถ้ามาสายก็คงไม่ได้กิน แต่ผลไม้จะเติมอยู่เรื่อยๆ มีร้านอาหารฟาสต์ฟู้ดราคาถูกและดีอยู่ข้างๆ ตลาดศิลปะข้างๆ คุ้มค่าแก่การไปชม ราคาค่อนข้างสมเหตุสมผล จัตุรัสเรจิสถานอยู่ในระยะเดินถึง ทำให้ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel.

Pros… * Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions * Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts * Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room. Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided Cons… * Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start * Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

I did stay 16 days, since i cycled from tokio towards germany, and just finished the pamir, i had a well deserved homeoffice break. The bathroom is of great sice, the bedroom has a AC, the kitchen is perfect. Sitting in the loving room or outsider underneath a shelter was very relaxed. Wifi everywhere. The hosts amazing, helpful, comforting, inviting. Everybody does their best. I did have a great time. The registan is close enough to also explore the neighbourhood and not to be in the crowded spots. Just a solid recomendation.

I’m sorry I really wanted to give you guys a good rating. The hosts are very friendly and nice, location is good BUT. 1. You advertise yourself as Free WiFi zone in your signage but your WiFi doesn’t work. You said you will fix it but you didn’t. 2. Because of this I used up all my data and at 4am in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get an emergency eSIM. 3. The shower is ridiculously tiny and the angle is so high only a person who is 1.8m or higher can shower properly. The hot water is so sensitive it is either cold or scalding hot. 4. In the morning there was a dripping sound on top of my room that woke me up. It sounded like someone knocking from 4am for 3 hours straight. 5. My room did not have toilet tissues and I had to request for it. It’s a great location and the lobby looks nice. But it’s the whole experience people need for a good stay. It will take a lot of work and investment but this hotel can be a great hotel if the owners are willing to properly fix it up. Not just cosmetically. Good luck
