Very clean rooms; filling breakfast; very thoughful message during breakfast. I only had a problem with parking space; they can house 6 cars but if you park last, you may be called to move in order for others to move their car. Otherwise, I recommend 10/10!

You got what you pay for. It's okay for a couple of days to stay. The staff are great and the location is even better

It was a nice place but the problem was the lock of our room

The room was spacious. We had a great stay! The only problem was that my son couldn’t use the television because of low internet connection. Tried the local channel but only 1 channel is available.

Hotel is old. It has bed bugs as well. Aircon is too cold and there is no option to lower the temp since the control is not woking. Hubby and i got sick due to molds. I ask if we could change room but since it is fully book daw. They cannot do about it. Location and price is superb. However, it is really regret on my end.

The hotel itself as a lot of potential. Right on the beach, with a nice terrace and in a quiet location not far from a few restaurants. However, it is very old and would need a full renovation. The rooms are spacious but the amenities are old. The headboard of our bed was full of termites and we could hear them behind us while we were sleeping. Therefore, the whole room was also full of flying termites. It was overall not that clean either. We stayed there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, not even the bathroom’s bin. On the last day, the bathroom started smelling like mold. The smell was very strong and we couldn’t do anything to change that. Also, on our last day, we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to go take our 4:30am ferry, the reception having organized a pick-up for us. However, we were woken up by the reception at 2:15am saying our pick-up was already here. The pick-up told us when we were telling him that we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to take the ferry at 4:30 that this ferry didn’t exist and we had to leave now, which we ended up doing. At the pier, when we saw that the 4:30am ferry actually existed, we texted the guy from the pick-up and this time he said that the hotel’s reception had told him to come pick us up at 2:15am. Anyways, I don’t know where was the problem and misunderstanding, but it was not the best way to start our day… To sum up, very mixed feelings about this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had hot water, which was nice. The room had no window, but it was okay for a short stay. It was a bit funny that the door didn’t really close properly, but honestly it didn’t bother me much. In general, a decent place to stay in Cagayan de Oro. Sa pangkalahatan, okay naman ang hotel para sa presyo nito. Mabait at matulungin ang staff, at may mainit na tubig ang kuwarto na malaking plus. Wala lang bintana ang kuwarto, pero ayos lang para sa maikling pananatili. Medyo nakakatawa lang na hindi masyadong nagsasara nang maayos ang pinto, pero hindi naman ito naging malaking problema para sa akin. Sa kabuuan, maayos naman itong matuluyan sa Cagayan de Oro.
