"การบริการของโรงแรมก็โอเคอยู่ค่ะ ครั้งแรกได้ห้องที่เชื่อมกัน เลยลงไปขอเปลี่ยนห้อง พนักงานก็เปลี่ยนเป็นห้องเดี่ยวให้ค่ะ นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองที่มาพักที่โรงแรมนี้ โดยรวมถือว่าดีเลยค่ะ หลักๆ เลยคือทำเลดีมาก ใกล้ห้าง KSL มีร้านนวด ทำเล็บ แล้วก็กินทุเรียนได้ด้วยค่ะ"

"จองโรงแรมนี้เพราะอ่านรีวิวมาว่ายังใหม่และราคาสมเหตุสมผล โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักถือว่าดี ห้องพักแต่ละห้องมีเตียงควีนไซส์ 2 เตียง ซึ่งดีสำหรับครอบครัว และยังมีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ 4 ผืน ทำเลที่ตั้งดี อยู่ระหว่าง City Square Mall และ Kotaraya ทำให้สะดวกในการเดินทางไปห้างสรรพสินค้าและ Pasar Karat (ที่ตั้งใหม่) มีพื้นที่แขวนเสื้อผ้าเยอะ แอร์ดี ไม่มีตู้เย็น ปลั๊กไฟอยู่ระหว่างเตียงพร้อมพอร์ต USB-A และ C แต่ชาร์จได้ช้าแค่ 10W ทีวีเป็นแบบสมาร์ททีวี แต่ไม่ใช่ Google TV ที่มี YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ ฯลฯ ติดตั้งมาให้ ระหว่างที่เข้าพักดูเหมือนจะยังไม่มีลูกค้าเยอะ แต่การที่มีลิฟต์แค่ตัวเดียวอาจเป็นเรื่องที่น่ากังวลเมื่อโรงแรมมีคนเข้าพักเต็ม ห้องน้ำขนาดพอใช้ได้ แต่สำหรับคนตัวใหญ่อาจจะรู้สึกอึดอัดไปหน่อย สุดท้าย มีกาต้มน้ำให้ แต่อ่างล้างหน้าเล็กเกินไปสำหรับกาต้มน้ำ ดังนั้นคุณจะต้องใช้ขวดน้ำเปล่าฟรีที่ให้มา หรือหาวิธีเติมน้ำจากห้องน้ำลงในกาต้มน้ำเอาเองครับ/ค่ะ"

"Having stayed at Holiday Villa numerous times, I keep returning for one simple reason: consistency. It has become my go-to choice for trips to Johor Bahru, and it continues to deliver a reliable experience. Why I keep coming back:  Prime Location: Being located directly opposite KSL City Mall is incredibly convenient. You have immediate access to shopping, dining, and the cinema without the need to navigate heavy traffic or deal with long walks.  Hassle-Free Parking: This is a major selling point. Between the ease of self-parking and the convenience of the valet service (at a reasonable RM35), arrival and departure are always stress-free compared to the often chaotic access at the mall side.  Solid Breakfast: The breakfast variety is surprisingly good, with a nice spread that offers a solid start to the day. A Note on Value: I am fully aware that the room rates here are generally higher than at KSL Hotel. While it is a bit more of a premium, I find that the extra cost is absolutely justified by the seamless parking experience, the slightly quieter environment, and the overall maintenance of the property. Verdict: If you value efficiency, ease of access, and a hassle-free stay, the slight price premium is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning."

"โรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดใหม่ ยังได้กลิ่นตู้ไม้ใหม่ๆ อยู่เลย ทุกอย่างสะอาดและใหม่มาก อย่างไรก็ตาม ห้องพักที่มีหน้าต่างนี้มีการออกแบบห้องน้ำที่ไม่ค่อยดีนัก เพราะฝักบัวอาบน้ำอยู่ติดกับโถส้วม ทำให้ห้องน้ำดูแคบไปหน่อย และน้ำจากฝักบัวก็กระเด็นไปทั่วได้ง่าย ล็อบบี้สวย มีตู้น้ำดื่มฟรี กาแฟ และน้ำผลไม้ มีที่จอดรถริมถนนกว้างขวางทั้งด้านหน้าและด้านหลังโรงแรม เราจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนในไม่ช้านี้"

"Shampoo and body soap contained in a small bottle. Hairdryer was very dirty and automatically stop after using it for 2-3 minutes and you have to wait again."

"ถ้าต้องไปทำธุระแถวชายแดนยะโฮร์บารู ส่วนใหญ่จะพักที่นี่ตลอดเลยค่ะ พนักงานบริการดีมาก กระตือรือร้นและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก แถมยังฝากกระเป๋าได้อีกด้วย จะไปไหนมาไหนก็สะดวก ใกล้ๆ โรงแรมก็มีของกินเพียบเลยค่ะ"

"Overall stay was comfortable. Room is clean but housekeeping seems to be a little slack, forgetting either put certain items in or replenish after cleaning the room. Quite disappointing. Breakfast variety was really limited but worse of all is spotting two little cockroaches running around around the glasses for the juices. Quite disgusting and totally put us off from eating further. Staff were quite pleasant though. Will probably stick to Doubletree."

"Clean, comfy beds although small room but quiet and good enough for our overnight stay. Toilet/bathroom needs a makeover. Overall still ok for budget conscious travelers."

"คุ้มราคามากกับโรงแรมราคาไม่ถึง 2000 ได้นอนระดับสี่ดาวทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมากใกล้กับจุดเช็กพอยท์หากวันรุ่งขึ้นมีแพลนจะไปเที่ยวสิงคโปร์ หน้าโรงแรมติดทะเลเลยเดินออกมาข้างโรงแรมก็มีร้านอาหารเยอะมากวิวบรรยากาศสดๆใต้โรงแรมมีทั้งสตาร์บัคทั้งเซเว่นอำนวยความสะดวกแต่ติดตรงฟิตเนสแอบเก่าไปหน่อยกับบรรยากาศตรงโถงโรงแรมด้วยกันที่เป็นโรงแรมที่มีมานานแล้วอาจจะมีกลิ่นอายของความเก่าแต่ในห้องนอนก็สะอาดดีโดยรวมหากมีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกครับ "
