It was ok. It was within budget. It was not bad. You can call cabs and uber to pick you up also close to albrook mall about 12 minutes or less. Nice place to stay

If you need to layover at Panama Tocumen and want to keep close to the airport in a hotel with airport transfer , you have a choice of 2 sizeable hotels at similar prices . Riande is by far the better hotel - room & bed , food , service and best of all a beautiful outdoor swimming pool . Free airport transfer .back yo terminal every hour . About $10 - $12 Uber from terminal to hotel - 5/10 minute trip .

This hotel was so beautiful, and very comfortable. They say the area is not safe to walk at night, but I didn't find it inconvenient.

On checking in, we were given room 125. As we entered I realised there was a mold issue, as I'm allergic to mold, on checking, the AC area was covered in black mold. We told the representative at the counter, she then moved us to 421, which still had the moldy smell. When we went back down to tell them, at this point my chest is heavy, I'm feeling nauseous and itchy, she then moved us to 819. That room was completely clean and fresh in comparison to the others. Honestly, she was very helpful, I'm grateful she was willing to help because my trip would've been a total nightmare. Other than that, the breakfast was great, the place needed some maintenance, but overall was satisfactory.

ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โนโวเทลปานามาอย่างเต็มที่ ที่โรงแรมนี้ไม่มีอะไรให้ทำมากนัก แต่ก็ดีสำหรับฉัน พนักงานใจดีและช่วยเหลือดี ไวไฟดี ห้องพักสะอาด และทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมทำให้ฉันรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ที่นั่น สถานที่ที่ดีเยี่ยมสำหรับการดื่มด่ำในเมืองและสัมผัสความรู้สึกดีๆ ของเมือง ฉันจะแนะนำโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอนสำหรับเบาะรองนั่งที่คุณสามารถคำนึงถึงธุรกิจของคุณและนอนหลับสบายในขณะที่ไปเยือนประเทศปานามาที่สวยงาม

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

The buffet was ok, but we had a problem with one payment by credit card. The buffet and drink showed as paid on my friend's application, but the hotel said the payment was declined. They will get in touch with my friend since the issue is not closed.

ผผู้เข้าพักAbsolutely fantastic stay! I truly enjoyed Riu from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I appreciate the staff and the quick convenience of check in process. Not only was the rooms absolutely spotless and clean but their were plenty of elevators to get to the rooms. I really enjoyed the pressed juice from the breakfast the most (absolutely fresh and excellent). The breakfast buffet was a nice feature to have at our time there, along with looking out to the pool(do wish the pool was a tad bit bigger). IT IS A MUST YOU TRY THE RESTAURANT TASTE AND THE BARTENDER DRINKS. Absolutely probably one of the best in the city! The meal at taste was exceptional and the prices are perfect (please don't change because I plan on coming back). From start to finish Riu made my birthday experience worthwhile in Panama. I honestly wouldn't have changed it for the world! Thank you for the housekeeping for always keeping our room clean and us being so trustworthy of leaving suitcase and clothes items out and it wasn't even moved an inch. The beds were some of the most comfiest sheets we slept on in a while and the bathroom was so big and spacious with DOUBLE sinks! We appreciate the friendliness and excitement in activities and guest that we saw everyday. If you are not staying at Riu then what are you doing?

A wonderful experience in the Heart of Casco Viejo!
Art Casco is hands-down one of the most stylish and comfortable boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Casco Viejo, with historic charm all around and just steps from the waterfront, restaurants, and beautiful architecture.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There was a bit of confusion about my second day of booking, even though I had paid online. But they handled it with patience and professionalism. Please make sure this hotel gets their money—they truly deserve it.
The rooms are artistically designed, clean, and full of character. Every detail—from the artwork to the furniture—felt curated with care. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure (a big deal in Panama!).
The entire property felt like a peaceful, artistic escape from the buzz of the city. If you’re looking for a boutique stay that blends art, comfort, and outstanding service, Art Casco is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.
Other than that the facility was nice
I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person. I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person
It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar.
I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

ผผู้เข้าพักSoggiornato 2 notti, hotel e camera nella norma. Davanti all’albergo c’è l Av. Balboa, trafficata giorno e notte, perciò si sente un po’ di rumore.
Durante il ns soggiorno c’erano dei lavori edili dietro l’albergo, perciò la piscina ( che è piccola per chi vuole nuotare 7/7 m) non è simpatica da usare per via del forte rumore. La colazione non offre tanta scelta e con dei prodotti non a livello di un albergo di questa classifica. Per il prezzo che o pagato il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci stava, ma ho visto che può anche costare fino a CHF 50.00 in più a notte. Torneremo a Panama City alla fine del nostro tour del paese, ma non al Méridien.
Gentile e competente lo staff, buono il WI-FI .

OOren KristalI've been traveling often to Panama, and Decapolis Hotel has been one of my favorites for years now.
A shopping mall upfront with many outlet shops of big brands and the Pattilla Hospital just meters away (in case of any medical issues).
A friendly and professional staff, a very good breakfast, a Great SPA with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and fantastic treatments, outdoor pool, and gym on the same floor.
Big spacious rooms ( We were upgraded to a Junior suite this time, courtesy of the management)
A very easy access to all neighborhoods, districts, and routes in Panama.
