A great hotel to stay in before/after a flight. It was walking distance to terminal 2 or 3, although they also offer a free shuttle service from reception which we used for the very short distance to avoid the rain!
The room was clean and had everything you’d want.
The pool was nice and open 7am-10pm so we even managed a swim the morning before our flight!
We arrived hungry just before 10pm and ate at the hotel restaurant and they adjusted a vegetarian wrap to make it vegan for us which was appreciated. It was very tasty!
Breakfast was nice and also good for vegans, with almond milk and soya milk. A good stay.

Bungalow bien agencé mais sombre malgré plusieurs fenêtres. un peu déçue car nous souhaitions un bungalow seul et pas sur 1 étage avec des voisins au-dessus.
Malgré la désinsectisation quotidienne, la terrasse avec hamacs était inutilisable, trop de moustiques
Cet hôtel ravira les amis de la faune et de la flore.

Excelente lugar para descansar, desconectar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza. El hotel se encuentra en una zona apartada, y las habitaciones son suites perfectamente equipadas con todo lo necesario. Por ello, si no se dispone de coche, hay que llegar con todas las provisiones, pues no hay dónde comprar cerca.
El AC solo está en las habitaciones. La playa está directamente afuera del edificio y es un auténtico paraíso. Las instalaciones son modestas pero suficientemente equipadas. Dispones de kayaks y material deportivo. El dueño es super amable y siempre a disposición para lo que se necesite. Hay un bar/restaurante justo a un lado (sólo acepta efectivo).

Hotels staff were friendly the hotel was clean. It was a very nice ambiance. I love the rooftop pool. My only problem was that it’s nothing open late to eat or drink. I’d say this is the best hostel in my entire solo trip this year. More spacious rooms and location is just perfect. U can also book breakfast to save on money. They have a bunch of activities but unfortunately I didn’t join in. Had a busy schedule. Don’t hesitate to check it out if u r in Cancun

ผผู้เข้าพักEverything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

MMisaki Hasataniビーチ沿いにあるホテルです。
お部屋は清潔で、シャワーの水圧もしっかりしていました。
窓からはビーチを眺めることができ、とても素晴らしい景色でした！
朝食はブッフェ形式で目の前で作ってくれるオムレツが美味しかったです。
空港からはタクシーで約13分とアクセスが良く便利ですが、ダウンタウンからはバスで約25分程度かかります。
私達は旅行の最終日にこのホテルを利用しました。

JJERRY SHUOWe had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one.

Regarding the rooms it was really good, very spacious, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to point was the windows should be changed cause they are old and could hear the wind all night and also please put some blackout curtains, I had to sleep with eye mask cause of all the light coming inside the room in the morning.
In general for 2 nights was pretty good for money

ผผู้เข้าพักOur stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely.
