Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

On arrival you can call the hotel and ask for pickup. At terminal 1, you can proceed to arrival gate 5 and wait for the van. Yhe blue one has marking in front.. b

Perfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions: 1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

Отель расположен в красивом месте,рядом с причалом для лодок,удобно ездить по островам,рядом пешеходная дорожка вдоль озера,можно за 20 мин дойти до центра Стрезы,где много ресторанов. В отеле чисто,он конечно немного староват. Но вид на озеро -это очень красиво. Завтрак обычный с горячими блюдами,вкусный кофе. В целом все понравилось

Arrivare alle 21 e trovare la camera con 12gradi non è stato affatto piacevole. Mi è stata sostituita la camera solo dopo aver aspettato oltre un ora che si riscaldasse la camera ma la temperatura non si alzava se non di un grado. Ma alle 22:30 finalmente mi hanno cambiato camera che comunque stava anch’essa a 18 gradi….. nell’armadio di una camera matrimoniale una coperta una piazza Nel bagno 1 set asciugamani per 1 sola persona Be a parte questi dettagli che potrebbero decisamente essere migliorati l’hotel è molto carino e pulito posizione ottima ristorantino all interno comodo e cibo di qualità

尊敬的攜程您好，如果是沒有客房清潔的住宿就請不要標成“酒店”。 比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。 先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。 糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。 真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

โรงแรมดี เหมือนกับโรงแรมโนโวเทลทุกแห่ง ฉันรู้สึกผิดหวังเล็กน้อยกับความสะอาดของห้องพัก ซึ่งไม่ดีเท่ากับที่เคยพักมา ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาดเลย ฉันเจอเส้นผมในห้องอาบน้ำ และมันก็ไม่สะอาดจริงๆ อาหารเช้าดีเยี่ยม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นมิตรและสุภาพ ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน แต่จากโรงแรมโนโวเทลทั้งหมดที่ฉันเคยพักมา โรงแรมนี้ให้ความรู้สึกพึงพอใจน้อยกว่าที่อื่นเล็กน้อย

ที่พักสุดยอดมากในหอพักนักศึกษา มีพื้นที่สำหรับอ่านหนังสือ ห้องออกกำลังกาย ห้องพักสะอาด โปร่งสบาย เพดานสูง มีห้องครัว ห้องนั่งเล่นส่วนกลาง และแม้แต่สนามเทนนิส! มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันเกินกว่าที่คุณต้องการสำหรับการพักสองสามคืนในเมือง ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองมาก และระบบขนส่งสาธารณะก็สะดวก รถบัสจะพาคุณไปยังใจกลางเมืองภายใน 15 นาที ในขณะที่การเดินจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 25-30 นาที นอกจากนี้ยังมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่ในอาคารเดียวกัน ซึ่งสะดวกมากเพราะมีสินค้าให้เลือกมากมาย แต่ระวัง – มีคนไร้บ้านอาศัยอยู่ใกล้กับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต (ถนนเส้นนั้นอาจมีเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์เกิดขึ้นในเวลากลางคืน) ส่วนเรื่องที่พักนั้น ชุมชนที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือกลุ่มนักศึกษา – ทุกคนเป็นกันเองและต้อนรับดีมาก พนักงานต้อนรับและพนักงานคนอื่นๆ ก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนพักโรงแรม แนะนำเลย 👍🏻
