You do need a phone to call the hotel to be let in. There's no receptionist because of Covid. Also make sure you have WhatsApp as you are requested to send your passport and covid vaccination info by WhatsApp before they give you the code to enter the building and get your key left at the front desk. Then make sure you a pen to fill in what you want for breakfast and send a photo via WhatsApp.

Amazing traditional Italian hotel, short walk from two metro stations Benini or Racconigi on Line one of the metro. All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially when we going to be delayed thanks to a long wait on our departure from London to recommending a nearby restaurant. The room was large, with a comfy bed, curtains and also exterior shutters ideal if you like your room dark. The bathroom was well equipped and just right. Breakfast was nice too with freshly made coffee to order and a selection of bread, meats and cheese along with pastries, cakes and cereals. It also had bacon and scrambled eggs if that’s more your thing. We would definitely stay again.

After my experience in this hotel, I have learned once for all that it's better not to be influenced too much by the negative (and sometimes also positive) reviews here in tripadvisor. I just wanted to tell that in my case everything was perfect: I stayed in a clean and overall good room, receptionists were polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was very good, just what I should expect from a 3 star hotel, and actually the croissants were warm and just fresh. The communication with the hotel was perfect from the very beginning. Honestly I couldn't find any fault in anything. So I can really recommend this hotel for visiting the city, as the metro stop is also very near

The location was good, it is a 5 minute walk from the metro that takes you into the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were also comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would go again.

Left my key in the hotel lobby while heading out and got back to the hotel at 11 to find the door locked and had no way back inside. Having no staff overnight to help in a situation like that is ridiculous and it completely ruined my trip. Would not recommend

Molto pulito, accogliente,con l'indispensabile.. ottima la colazione stile europea! Vicino alla metro,a tutti i servizi che puoi desiderare, prezzo accessibile ,vicino a corso Svizzera... E soprattutto al mio ristorante preferito..punto strategico

Al telefono Francesco mi ha convinta per la sua gentilezza, così tra i diversi alberghi, piuttosto economici con il posto macchina, ho scelto questo!! Il rapporto qualità, pulizia/ prezzo è eccellente… dovevamo fermarci una sola notte a Torino, ci serviva un posto comodo e sopratutto poter mettere l’auto in un posto sicuro. La camera era pulita, così come il bagno, il letto molto comodo, il posto tranquillo e silenzioso. La sera abbiamo fatto una bella camminata per andare in centro (circa 3km), dopo cena un rapido giro sotto i portici, a piazza castello e nei dintorni del palazzo reale, quinti diamo tornati in camera ed abbiamo dormito molto bene. La colazione a buffet offre un’ampia scelta, io ho trovato tutto di mio gradimento, molto più di quanto ci si può aspettare con un prezzo così modesto!! L’unico piccolo consiglio che mi sento di scrivere: verificate e pulite dal calcare il soffione della doccia, affinché l’acqua possa scorrere liberamente e permettere all’ospite di sciacquarsi facilmente! Grazie a Francesco ed alla barman molto carina che ci ha preparato i cappuccini!!

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati 3 notti in questo hotel, un po' decentrato ma in una zona gradevole e tranquilla; vicinissimo alla metropolitana e quindi comodo per il centro di Torino. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio che ci è stato riservato, grazie al personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Camere sobrie, ma ampie e confortevoli. Ottima colazione. Sarebbe forse opportuno rinfrescare e risistemare le tende. In ogni caso il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Per noi è stata decisiva anche la possibilità di parcheggiare davanti all'albergo.
