Excellent services although felt that some mosquitoes were there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful. All together highly recommended to stay.

The room provided was decent—clean, well-organized, and equipped with the expected amenities for a four-star property. The bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate lighting and storage space. The bathroom was functional and clean, although not particularly luxurious. In terms of comfort and upkeep, the room met my expectations. One feature I particularly appreciated was the hotel’s gym facility. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a decent range of equipment for a quick workout. For a short stay, it was more than sufficient and a welcome amenity for anyone looking to stay active while traveling. However, one significant downside was the dining experience. The biggest letdown was the limited food choices, especially in the set dinner menu. While the staff were polite and the service was timely, the menu lacked variety and felt quite restrictive. For a property of this category, I had expected a broader range of options, including some regional or seasonal specials. The lack of flexibility and limited appeal of the dinner options certainly took away from an otherwise comfortable stay. There was a general air of professionalism throughout the hotel staff, which contributed positively to the experience. Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

Close to the airport. Friendly and helpful staffs. Clean and hygienic ambience. Food is superb. Courteous doorman and a very coordinated and efficient team makes this hotel stand out. Will recommend.

We stayed at The Peerless Inn, Kolkata for two nights. The overall experience was pleasant. The room and bathroom were excellent—clean, spacious, and comfortable. A special thanks to Ms. Neha at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful right from check-in and arranged our room very quickly. We are especially grateful to Mr. Somnath, his hospitality truly stood out. “Thank you” doesn’t feel enough to express our appreciation for his kindness and service. We also had the chance to try the Aaheli restaurant for authentic Bengali cuisine. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The restaurant manager, Mr. Sanjib, was very warm and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious. However, the staff at the breakfast restaurant were not very polite and lacked a welcoming attitude or smiles, which slightly affected the morning experience. Overall, our stay was wonderful, except for the breakfast restaurant staff’s attitude. We would definitely recommend Peerless Inn for its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality from key members of the team.
