ไดร์เป่าผมมีปริมาณลมมาก ใช้งานง่าย ไม่ต้องติดผนัง แม้ว่าจะเป็นโรงแรมธุรกิจ แต่ก็มีเปล และอ่างอาบน้ำ น่าเสียดาย ไม่มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำเด็ก เป็นเรื่องยากสำหรับโรงแรมที่จะมีครีมนวด เจลล้างหน้า โลชั่น👍 แต่ไม่มีสบู่ล้างมือ😅 ที่จอดรถเพียงพอและอัพเกรดฟรีเป็นห้องสี่ท่านจะยังคงเป็นตัวเลือกแรกในครั้งต่อไป

Best best best hotel we have ever stayed in. Services provided was excellent. All staff were very genuinely. It really felt like a 5 star hotel. We stayed in another 5 star hotel in Jiaoxi which is No. 1 in Jiaoxi but the service cannot be matched. Well done to all the staff. Room was always clean. Thank you to the staff who cleaned our spectacle. It was a nice gesture. Different snacks were topped up everyday. The face mask provided was so good! Surrounding of the hotel was very nice. We had the gorge view and OMG! We don't mind waking up to this view everyday. We hope they will contruct a stairs for guest to go down to the gorge. It is a waste to just see it from the top. Breakfast was good. We could see that they have made an effort to label which is vegetarian and which is not. It's very thoughtful of the restaurant. However, we had a seafood porridge and thought it was purely seafood but notice there was chicken in it but not written. Maybe they can improve in this. Kids are very well entertained in this hotel. They have a huge play room for them. Indoor pool with heated pool is enough to keep the kids occupied for 2hours at least. They also have daily activities and some are free. Thank you Silk Place for the wonderful stay. We will be back.

The room is clean and big. And the hotel can sent a postcard to your home for free! 5 mins walk distance to Hualien train station.

เราทุกคนรักโรงแรมแห่งนี้ ห้องพักแต่ละห้องมีเตียงที่เหมาะสำหรับการเข้าพัก 4 ท่าน ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ติดกับตลาดกลางคืน DongDaMen และย่านการค้า มีร้านอาหารฟาสต์ฟู้ด 2 ร้านอยู่ด้านหน้า ได้แก่ McDonald’s และ KFC นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ Family Mart อีกด้วย

Had a very underwhelming experience for the money that we paid for this hotel. Decor was very outdated (i.e. 2000s), which was understandable as this is an old hotel. Service staff was quite rude when we asked for directions and recommendations for food and things to see around the area. Do note that the carpark is very small and there are no parking lots surrounding the area. When we checked in, the carpark attendant told us that their carpark lot was at full capacity.

Positives: - like all lakeshore hotels in Taiwan, fantastic breakfast spread, especially incorporating local hualien food like gongzheng baos etc… - sauna with a sea view.. what else to ask for - children playroom - comfy rooms and excellent service all round by all staff - bath tub near the window where you can soak and see the sea - coin operated laundry room with washers and dryers (affordable plus only two each.. so may have to wait) - small snacks and beverages provided for guests daily on the ground floor Negatives: - only really gripes is the location.. about 2 km away from the city centre so not much to do in the neighbourhood - sea view room is actually the view of the port and a distance away… technically hotel is not wrong.. but should lower your own expectations

โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี (ยกเว้นสิ่งหนึ่ง - ดูด้านล่าง) สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ค่อนข้างกลางและอยู่บนทางเดิน แต่ไม่ได้อยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟหรือริมน้ํามากนัก เดินประมาณ 25-35 นาทีไปยังสถานีรถไฟ แต่ก็ยังโอเค ประมาณ 15 นาทีถึงริมน้ํา ตัวเลือกอาหาร: มีร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นหลายแห่งอยู่ตรงข้ามทางเดิน รวมถึงร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยว เทมปุระดอนบุรี และร้านอาหารทะเลทอด - ตลอดทางเดิน นอกจากนี้ยังมี PX Mart อยู่ไม่ไกล เดินประมาณ 5 นาที ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด ปรับปรุงใหม่มาก (ตั้งแต่ปี 2025 ดูเหมือน2023-2024) ไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง (เฉพาะชั้น 1) แต่มีกาต้มน้ํา เตียงค่อนข้างแข็งแต่ก็โอเค โดยรวมแล้วรู้สึกคุ้มค่ามากสําหรับทําเลและคุณภาพ โดยเฉพาะขนาดห้อง ข้อเสียเปรียบเพียงอย่างเดียว - ง่ายต่อการแก้ไข - คือผ้าเช็ดตัว ฉันไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวในห้องน้ําขนาดที่เหมาะสมเมื่อฉันเข้าพักในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2025 ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็ก ๆ ค่อนข้างไม่เหมาะสําหรับการอาบน้ํา

สถานที่เงียบสงบ อาจเข้าถึงไม่ได้ แต่ง่ายต่อการเรียกแท็กซี่ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกดีถั่วเหลืองยอดเยี่ยมมาก! แตกต่างจากที่เราเคยไปที่บ้านในสิงคโปร์
