It was a wonderful stay and i love the hospitality the most and also the location, will recommend this and come to stay again.

While going on a work related trip with my extended family including a kid and a toddler, i had to take an unplanned break for a night stay. Booked the room in hotel om. Overall the stay was seamless with impressive services. The room dimensions were optimum and hygiene upto standards. Food was served in the room because of the inclement (hot) weather in the dining area and it was savored by each one of us. The hotel had proper parking place, slightly away from the city centre but not that much and also had decent support staff. Overall a nice stay and effortlessly recommended for family trips.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

I had a very pleasant stay at this highly accessible property. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the service was outstanding. While the property was still undergoing some development during my visit—meaning amenities like the restaurant and swimming pool were not yet completed—the overall quality of the accommodation was excellent. The highlight of the stay was the incredibly accommodating staff, who went above and beyond by helping us plan our itineraries for Sehore and nearby areas like Bhopal. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic hospitality.

Hotels are too good to stay with family. Good service by hotels management. Curious about all your concerns and issues. Good with forest and natural enviroent make a mind wow. Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.

The stay here at shiva palace was worth the money. Newly built property with almost all the amenities and staff very helpful and cooperative.
