Very friendly staff when I arrived and plenty of free parking. I got a spotlessly clean room with plenty of workspace, the coffee maker in the room is a nice touch. The hotel is only 10 mins walk from the town centre. As it was a quiet Tuesday night I ate in the hotel restaurant which was good value. Breakfast, included with the room, was served in the main restaurant and it was nice to have a freshly cooked fry up, not the usual lukewarm buffet most hotels seem to have now. Looking forward to staying again in a few weeks time.

像是鄉村私人莊園改建的，佔地超大，房間是主樓旁邊一排獨棟內的房間。 房間設施偏舊，可能有蜘蛛，不是標準的星級酒店標準，但是很有鄉村別墅特色，富有旅行的新鮮體驗。 服務很熱情、專業；早餐是正宗英式早餐，食材新鮮。

Great location near New Grange. Ideal for first night stay. Well appointed and very clean room. Great breakfast and incredible staff.

The hotel is so clean and so beautiful. Really love the surprise which they prepared for my hubby’s birthday! The staff was so friendly too. There’s also car park lot for us. Super convenient and the interior design is really beautiful. Breakfast included as well

อาจเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในทริม ตรงข้ามปราสาทโดยตรง ฉันอาศัยอยู่ในห้องสามคนที่มีเตียงคู่สองเตียง ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่มากและสามารถเห็นโบสถ์และสวน อาหารเช้าก็อุดมสมบูรณ์มาก พึงพอใจมาก!

โรงแรมน่ารัก ปัญหาเดียวของเราคือเสียงจากงานแต่งงานที่จองไว้ หากเรารู้เราเลือกโรงแรมอื่นเพราะมันดังมากจากห้องของเราและเราเพิ่งจองคืนเดียวเพื่อพักผ่อน ในตอนเช้าพนักงานคนหนึ่งที่ทานอาหารเช้าไม่ช่วยเหลือเลยเมื่อเราขอยืนยันว่าการจองของเรารวมอาหารเช้าหรือไม่ และเขาก็พบกับความหยาบคาย

Was all going gd until we arrived at the restaurant the receptionist booked us into for our evening meal. On arrival staff could not find the booking! We were told to wait over in the corner while they seated other guests ! The staff told us we had no booking so marched us out of the restaurant and up stairs to another area to eat it was v busy and service quite slow. Payment for the meal had to be made there & then as receptionist had not added my card to our room!! We spoke to the receptionist that evening she apologised & said she’d speak to staff who checked us in. Nxt morning on check out no mention of lost booking so when they said was everything ok I said except for the non booking of table last night. Oh yes I saw that on your notes !!! Just an apology.

Couldn’t complain about our stay, hotel was lovely, staff were friendly the room was clean.
