My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

ตั้งอยู่ที่เล็มบัง อากาศสดชื่นและเย็นสบาย สถาปัตยกรรมของโรงแรมน่าทึ่งมากและมีสถานที่ให้ถ่ายรูปมากมาย โดยส่วนตัวแล้วฉันชอบ Kids Cads เพราะเป็นกิจกรรมสำหรับเด็ก และผู้ดูแลก็เอาใจใส่และมีประสบการณ์ในด้านการศึกษาของเด็กเป็นอย่างมาก สระว่ายน้ำดีมาก แต่เนื่องจากฝนตก สระน้ำอุ่นจึงยังคงรู้สึกเย็นโดยเฉพาะสำหรับเด็ก ห้องพักไม่กว้างขวางอย่างที่เราคิด แต่ก็โอเค และมินิบาร์ก็ฟรี กาแฟจาก Inspira อร่อยมากและฉันสั่งไปหลายแก้ว เตียงแฝดเล็กเกินไปสำหรับฉันและลูกวัย 4 ขวบของฉันที่จะนอนด้วย แม้จะมีผู้เข้าพักน้อยในช่วงเดือนถือศีลอดและขอเตียงขนาดใหญ่ แต่เราก็ไม่ได้สิ่งที่เราต้องการ อาหารก็โอเค แต่ฉันหวังว่าพวกเขาจะมีอาหารที่หลากหลายมากขึ้นโดยเฉพาะเมนูที่เป็นมิตรกับเด็กมากกว่าเช่นพาสต้า เราลองทั้งสองร้าน Semeja และ Monomono พบว่าเราชอบโมโนโมโนมากกว่า ประสบการณ์โดยรวมก็ดี ลูกของฉันชอบให้อาหารปลา ว่ายน้ำ และเล่นที่แคดส์ของเด็กๆ ฉันชอบเรือนเพาะชำต้นไม้และยิม พนักงานทุกคนมีความเป็นมิตรมาก

โดยรวมแล้วก็ไม่เลว อย่างน้อยก็เทียบได้กับโรงแรมราคาประหยัดในเครือบางแห่งที่สะอาดกว่าในประเทศจีน การเดินทางก็สะดวก และการมีร้านสตาร์บัคส์อยู่ใกล้ๆ และซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนก็เป็นสิ่งที่ดี

The value given is okay with price. The breakfast location at the top floor is very good as you can almost the scenery at 360 deg

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style. The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout. Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas. Overall, Pullman delivers exceptional service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying again in the future.🥰
