ผผู้เข้าพักI asked for a quiet room and was placed on 1st floor however in a room closest to the main road with lots of traffic noise and there was construction going on nearby with constant drilling and noise until 4am so I never managed to sleep for most of the night, meaning that I couldn’t get up early to use the facilities.
It’s not the staffs fault, but just be careful when booking.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is in need of updating and refurb. No free wifi. Furniture is old. That said, the check in was friendly and efficient and all the staff I came across were good to deal with. I had a meal in the bar. Food was fine and a decent size. Breakfast gave enough choice from a continental style buffet. The bedroom was away from outside noise. Just a bit of noise as other guests came and went. Tired bathroom but everything worked. For a one night stopover as a solo traveller it was fine.

AAlyseFirst let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

ผผู้เข้าพักโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ ราคาถูกที่สุดรอบๆ เช่นกัน ดังนั้นอย่าได้รับจริง ๆ เมื่อมีคนจองโรงแรมราคาถูกและบ่นว่าไม่ใช่ 5 * 😂 ทําเลที่ตั้งน่าทึ่ง ทะเลสาบมีความสวยงาม พนักงานดีมาก ห้องพักมีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการและค่อนข้างกว้างขวาง อาหารอร่อยจริงๆ แม้ว่าจะมีราคาแพงไปหน่อย แต่ก็ยังเป็นส่วนที่ดี

MmunirahThe hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat.
The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch.
There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions.
Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

A very warm welcome on arrival by Miss Mary who was also the one who wa replying to our emails.
Friendly staff. Gave us great suggestions on what to see and do in the area.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

HHimani NailwalI had a good time here in hotel. The hotel has everything mentioned in it. The room & bathroom was clean and nice. Had powerfull hot water in the shower. Staff were helpful. Very less hotel in this area so it was good one. Food looked like they brought it from outside. It was not that much good. I prefered to eat outside.

ผผู้เข้าพักSlightly dated but very clean and well looked after property and grounds. Our room had a very modern toilet and shower room with quality shower gel etc provided along with lovely fluffy towels. Beds were nice and comfy. The staff are fantastic, very polite and helpful. Pets are very welcome .
We ate in the bar and the food was excellent with the highlight being the sweet trolley.
For the price they ask you would be hard pressed to find better value for money.
Highly recommended.
