โรงแรมตั้งไว้ที่ 3 ดาวอย่างดีที่สุด แต่ความปลอดภัยเป็นอันดับแรก อาหารเช้าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สิ่งแวดล้อมและอาหารในประเทศอิสลามไม่สามารถชมเชยได้ จากสนามบินตูนิเซียไปโรงแรมนี้มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพียง 20 ดีนาร์ แต่ค่าเช่าสนามบินแย่เกินไปและคิดเงิน 50 ดีนาร์ คุณโดยเฉพาะคนขับแท็กซี่ที่จอดรถของโรงแรมต้องถ่ายรูปและเก็บไว้เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการร้องเรียนเมื่อถูกโกง ฉันได้ออกหมายเลขใบอนุญาตแท็กซี่สำหรับคนโกหก อย่าเอารถของคนโกหกคันนี้ไป

ฉันมักจะบินจากสหราชอาณาจักรกับสาวตูนิเซีย ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี 15 นาทีจากสนามบิน พื้นที่พลุกพล่าน แต่ฉันไม่คิดว่าเป็นพื้นที่ที่จะเดินไปรอบ ๆ ตอนดึก ฉันได้ลองโรงแรมหลายแห่งตั้งแต่โรงแรม 2 ดาวไปจนถึง 4 ดาวในเมืองตูนิส ฮามาเมต์ และซูซา โรงแรมนี้เป็นอัญมณีเล็กๆ ที่ซ่อนอยู่ เมื่อฉันมาถึงประมาณเที่ยงคืนฉันได้รับการต้อนรับด้วยรอยยิ้มและใช้เวลาหนึ่งนาทีในการเช็คอิน (น่าเสียดายที่ฉันไม่ได้ให้รหัสผ่าน wifi ทันทีและต้องขอภายหลัง) wifi ในห้องเร็วมาก ฉันไม่มีปัญหากับการเชื่อมต่อ เจ้าของให้น้ําขวดเสริมแก่ฉันซึ่งฉันรู้สึกขอบคุณเพราะถ้าฉันกระหายและหิวพวกเขาเสนอให้ฉันซื้ออาหารจากร้านฟาสต์ฟู้ดในบริเวณใกล้เคียงดังนั้นฉันจึงขอแซนวิชซึ่งฉันจ่ายค่าอาหารเย็น 15 มื้อตูนิเซีย (ไม่ชอบแซนวิชมากนัก แต่ฉันชื่นชมความช่วยเหลือที่นั่น 😅😅😅) ตัวโรงแรมเองนั้นดีมากไม่ใช่อาคารทั่วไปมีภาพวาดทินเซียนอยู่ทุกหนทุกแห่งพวกเขามีพื้นที่เล็ก ๆ ที่แผนกต้อนรับ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและไม่มีอะไรทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับมันอีกครั้ง เตียงเป็นเตียงโครงเหล็ก ไม่มีอะไรแฟนซี แต่ที่นอนใหม่และสะดวกสบาย ทุกอย่างสะอาดสะอ้าน ทีวีแบนบนผนังและหน่วย A/C ที่ใช้งานได้จริง รีโมททั้งหมดอยู่ในห้อง ห้องพักสงบมาก ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน และที่สําคัญที่สุดคือพวกเขาไม่พูด !!!! ไม่มีกาต้มน้ําหรือชา/กาแฟในห้อง ผ้าเช็ดตัวในห้องน้ํา 2 ผืน เล็กถึงกลาง ไม่มีผืนใหญ่ แชมพูมีในซอง พวกเขาให้ 2 มีเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ําทันสมัยสะอาดมาก ไม่มีรั่ว โดยรวม ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้ ฉันจ่าย 20 ปอนด์สําหรับคืน และฉันแน่ใจ 100% ว่าฉันจะมาอีกครั้งในเร็ว ๆ นี้

ผมไปพักที่โรงแรมนี้มา 2 ปีแล้ว พนักงานไม่เพียงแต่น่าพอใจมากแต่ยังฟังลูกค้า มีความสะอาดไร้ที่ติ เรารู้สึกปลอดภัยและสิ่งนี้ยังคงดีเพราะสนามบินอยู่ติดกัน

โฮสเทลตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองตรงข้ามกับมัสยิด โรงแรมมาตรฐานสี่ดาว ดูเหมือนเพิ่งสร้างใหม่หรือปรับปรุงใหม่ ห้องในห้องแฝดค่อนข้างกว้างขวาง สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ แยกส่วนเปียกแห้ง มีน้ําแร่ ชุดยูกาตะ แต่ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะ มีผ้าห่มผืนเดียวซึ่งสามารถคลุมเตียงคู่ได้ หนึ่งในนั้นน่าอาย นอนได้เฉพาะชุดยูกาตะเท่านั้น อาหารเช้าไม่มีอะไรพิเศษ ไม่ต่างจากโรงแรมทั่วไป ความรู้สึกโดยรวมราคาต่ําและราคาบ้านแพงกว่าสําหรับการเดินทางของเราในตูนิเซีย

We stayed at Verdi recently for 5 nights. I will say the value for money is excellent however this is not a 5 star hotel by any means. I paid for a sea or pool view room and was given a room with neither and a scaffolding outside (see picture). The food was very average and no where near 5 star quality. Unsure if it was because we visiting at off peak times but the buffet was very limited compared to other all inclusives I’ve been to. The service at the beach bar was terrible they took ages to serve us and funnily enough were very speedy to hand us the check and get their money and back to slow / nonexistent to give us our change. We ordered drinks and were waiting to be served food and I saw our waiter sitting on a bar stool smoking a cigarette not even looking like an employee ( he didn’t deserve the tip he essentially stole by not giving us our change). The pool and beach were lovely and very relaxing and it is an excellent location to go out and see the attractions and restaurants in Carthage and La Marsa. The room was the most disappointing we had our room cleaned and left with no towels two days in a row and had to go down to the lobby and ask for towels. We also got locked out on our balcony as the balcony door locked whilst we were out there on our own and there is no handle on the door on the outside. It’s obvious the rooms are outdated and need to be refurbished and the cleaning service needs to be better and provide what is advertised.

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out. Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating. As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

For those who complain about traffic noise. All hotels on busy areas will have noise. Don't be angry with the hotel. They cannot control traffic noise. How about investing in earplugs. I bring them everywhere, just in case. Get over yourself. When you leave for the day How about placing the card on the door to have your room cleaned!! How about mentioning it to the reception when leaving for the day!! Of course not, you prefer to complain. I've been here a week, and not one day has passed that I do not see the cleaners on the floor. Need something, kindly ask and they will be more than happy to assist you. Stop behaving entitle, and have some respect. Stop being cheap and expecting think you will be handed a platinum platter. Every one from the reception, security that is outside the bars, cleaners etc have been kind and curious. As well, just because your mother catters to you hand and foot, do not expect the same at the hotels. They are not your parent. Grow up and take responsibility! The bed is my mess 🤣 afterthought to take photo. Room is clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Insgesamt hat mir mein Aufenthalt im Hotel gut gefallen. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit des Personals.
