I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025.
The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay.
Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

we are satisfied 1 night stay anytime in room standard doubles single no adults only 2 people but sometimes the other room is sold out and there is a separate toilet for female and male.
My staying in this hotel was amazing but they should improve there quality of phone answering when you call 📞 the number was no answer but they said 24/7 receptionist and why no answer my call in number is very poor communication please fixed your reservation department
And make update your number in google if no one answers in that number was posted in google

I super love everything during my stay. White beach was just a few walk away lang, Laundry, 7 eleven, restaurants, everything. The place was very convenient for everything. The comfort room was quite big, hindi lng ako na inform na meron pa lang hair blower na sa Cr, kaya I bring mine, ng over baggage tuloy lol🤣. We also have balcony during our stay kahit standard room lang kami. Super worth it talaga lahat, so cheap pa.
Plus kuddos to the staffs! They're very approachable and hospitable, always smiling. And they also allow us to check in an hour before the check in time. Thank you guys. Will surely booked Boracay Breeze Resort again.
Sayang lang kasi hindi pwede makaluto inside, since they have their own menu, I understand naman. But overall okay talaga stay namin. Thank you to all the staffs again☺️🫶🏻

The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you.
Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel.
The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos.
The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers!
You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services.
Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise.
If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one.

KKate0927The hotel amenities were good and the property itself is nice. However, our experience was seriously affected by a very hassle and poorly handled check-in process.
During check-in, the staff lost my driver’s license and initially did not take accountability. It was only after they investigated and realized it was their fault that the issue was acknowledged. Despite this, no compensation, apology gesture, or service recovery was provided.
What made the situation worse is that we were travelling with a baby. The lobby was not air-conditioned, causing our baby to sweat excessively, and our baby already had allergies. Despite seeing this, the manager did not even offer to check us in first while they were looking for my license, nor did they show any sense of urgency or concern.
The manager’s customer service was poor and the situation was handled unprofessionally.
Overall, while the amenities are good, the lack of accountability, empathy, and proper customer service greatly impacted our stay.
