ฉันมีความสุขมากที่ได้พักที่โรงแรมนี้ และเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจอย่างยิ่ง ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินราบรื่นและน่าพึงพอใจ ขอบคุณสำหรับการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่น ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยมมาก กว้างขวาง สะอาดเอี่ยม และมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกต่อการเดินทางไปสนามบิน จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

What i love the most is the pillow...so comfortable and i forgot to ask what the brand is because i feel so good while sleeping since i have a back pain. The food is delicious especially laksa sarawak..feel soooo good.The location is also nice within tourist attraction.

I stayed at Kingwood Hotel for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The biggest highlight was the stunning sunset view of the Rajang River which I absolutely loved it. The service was very good, and I appreciated the convenient parking as well as the swimming pool facilities. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. During my 5 nights stay, the food options were mostly the same, alternating between days, which became repetitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the river view and good service.

Imperial Hotel Kuching offers a convenient location and generally comfortable rooms, but the air-conditioning system needs attention. Each time the unit is switched on, it produces a loud, persistent noise that disrupts rest. The room itself is clean and well-kept, and staff service is prompt, yet the noisy aircon significantly affects the overall stay. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the guest experience.

The location is superb, walkable distance to Darul Hana bridge, India Street, Carpenter Street and Borneo Cultures Museum. Plaza Merdeka is right beside the hotel, you can go to the mall through hotel lobby. I love how comfy the bed is and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The service was very unprofessional. I informed the staff several times that the key card could not open the door, but no action was taken. Later that night, when we returned, we were locked outside for more than 10 minutes while they investigated. Only then did they tell us the issue was due to a dead battery, and the door was finally fixed. That said, the environment, cleanliness, and pricing were good, and we were satisfied with everything else except the service. I believe this situation deserves some form of compensation or at least a proper gesture from the hotel. The staff mentioned that they would check with their manager, but we never received any follow-up or response.

Hotel is near to Kuching waterfront and many tourist attractions around the Sarawak river. The infinity Swimming pool will be the highlight of this hotel overseeing the Sarawak river It is also the newest hotel in the area, so facilities wise is quite well maintained

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness was well maintained. The location is very convenient, and the price is reasonable for the quality provided.
