ฉันมีความสุขมากที่ได้พักที่โรงแรมนี้ และเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจอย่างยิ่ง ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินราบรื่นและน่าพึงพอใจ ขอบคุณสำหรับการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่น ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยมมาก กว้างขวาง สะอาดเอี่ยม และมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกต่อการเดินทางไปสนามบิน จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

The hotel is located in the town area, just walking distance to the main bazaar, waterfront, and other tourist attractions. Very convenient. The pool and cardio room is located at the other wing, there is a bridge to walk over.

วิวแม่น้ำและภูเขาสวย เดินประมาณ 15 นาทีถึงริมน้ำ ซึ่งไกลกว่าเล็กน้อยเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมชื่อดังอื่น ๆ ใกล้ริมน้ำ ห้องพักกว้างขวางห้องน้ำสะอาด ช่องพื้นฐานสำหรับทีวี อาหารหลากหลายให้เลือกเป็นมื้อเช้า ซัมบัลเป็นที่ยอมรับ อย่างไรก็ตาม การเติมจานเปล่าใช้เวลานาน ที่จอดรถ : ใช้ร่วมกับห้างสรรพสินค้าในอาคารเดียวกัน ต้องจ่าย RM5/ค่าเข้า และ RM10 ข้ามคืน (ลบจุด)

Appreciated on the early check in given. However, the room’s toilet need refurbishment as its floor and surrounding corners of the floors, basin, bathtub are dirty with black stains/mold. I need to close my eyes when shower and get out from the toilet asap. Breakfast is considered good for a small town’s hotel. Location is good as many eateries around. Other than it’s toilet, the room is ok. Hope that management can refurbish the toilet in due course.

Love the hotel. It’s situated outside the central city, which is nice. Room was spacious, with bathtub and shower, toilet with bidet. Overall loved our stay. Breakfast was average though.

I was able to check in early, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable — really satisfied with the stay! The location was also great, easy access to food and nearby places. Overall, definitely recommended!

Nice to stay, comfy and the most thing is clean neat and tidy. The protocol to poolside also not strict like otgers hotel. Thanks to staffs also, so friendly and helpfull. Overall really good place to stay with families. Awesome and really recommended. Tq so much!

Awesome hotel in the vicinity of waterfront. Clean rooms with modern amenties. Service was friendly and welcoming overall, with international standards. Gym is small but clean. Would highly recommend

Arrived very early and had no issues checking-in early, process was quick and smooth. Location is excellent, within walking distance to many iconic cat statues, the Waterfront and many food spots. The room was clean, felt very new and well kept. Housekeeping staff even left a welcome note. The only downside is the speed of the lift, it can be bit slow as there is only one for guests. Overall, a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuching.
