The hotel is at city center . It is surrounded by good restaurants and shopping malls everywhere within minutes of walking. Good sea view from my room's window and places of interest also within walking distance. Car park is free at level 1 and 2 for hotel guest.
The swimming pool is on the 23rd floor and w9e enjoyed our swim and relaxed after heavy meals.
Our 3 days stay is very memorable and will stay here again for our next trip to Melaka in future.
PpammytimmyLocation is great, nearby to some eateries. 15mins drive to Jonker. Parking available with RM5 flat rate for a day with multiple entries.
Aircond and bed is comfortable. Amenities lacking example no face towel available.
Breakfast - sufficient spread.
Overall, pleasant stay.
ผผู้เข้าพักThis new hotel features clean, modern, and spacious rooms. The bright interior, comfortable bed, and simple contemporary décor create a refreshing and relaxing stay. Perfect for guests who value comfort and a neat, well-designed space.
SSyvianLStayed here for a night in November 25. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Each room comes with a nice bathtub, which is a plus. However, the amenities are quite limited — there’s only a very small pool and a compact gym. The pool is so small that you might not even feel like swimming.
Location wise I think if you have a car, this might not be the main concern. It is about 1.1km walking distance from the Jonker street.
As for the hotel breakfast, there’s definitely room for improvement. The choices are very limited, and the coffee served wasn’t tasty. Breakfast is not buffet-style but à la carte, with options like Big Breakfast, Portuguese-style baked eggs in tomato sauce, curry noodles, nasi lemak, pancakes with fruits, and roti canai. Each table is also served a fruit platter and a bread & pastry basket.
Unfortunately, the breakfast quality was quite disappointing, and I would recommend having breakfast elsewhere instead. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but in terms of value for money, it’s subjective — personally, I think they could offer more.
LLewis WilliamLisbon Management,
I'm writing about my recent stay at your hotel with my family. I was disappointed with the Front desk customer service.
I experienced unprofessional customer service and issues with my room booking. The staff was unable to handle customers questions and solve at moment situation and issues. There were errors with my room assignment.
Specifically, My room booking was confirmed by Trip.com for 1 × prestigious room with 2× Queen bed for 4 pax. Upon check in I showed my booking reference to front Desk staff and she started to process my entry and read back to me as I have booked for 1 × king bed and do I need an extra single to add on. I showed my booking reference again and told her to look at my booking carefully its for 4 pax and not 2 pax prestigious room. Then she took awhile to understand and realised there was an error in the Hotel room booking management systen and did not want to admit the system error. Customer service staff mentioned they have over sold out all the prestigious 2 × Queen bed and the only choice I have was to accept the 1 × king room with added single bed. I ask the customer service will the single bed have the equalent comfort bcos the next day I got to drive a long distance and assured ill get the best comfort but ended having sleepless night with body & back pain and the added on bed was so hard like sleeping on a hard surface..
**Ordered inhouse cafeteria food arrived 45min later.
**4pax to a room only given 2 towels & 2 sets of toiletries. Called Room Service & frontdesk no response and then I got to walk all the way from my room to front Desk and ask for why there was insufficient items in my room and why there was no response to my call.
^** I hope you can address this to improve guest experiences.
and manage a excellent customer service for the betterment of the hotel & guest.
Sincerely,
Lewis William
