We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

Highlights: - Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel - Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.) - Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast - Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning Areas to improve: - Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty - Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city - Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

โรงแรมเกือบจะอยู่ใจกลางเมืองสะดวกมากในการเดินและเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว แท้จริงหลังมุมเป็นร้านอาหารที่ดีที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในเมือง ารเพื่อการบริการและความสะดวก การให้คะแนนลดลงเพียงเพราะโรงแรมไม่ใหม่และจะเห็นได้ภายในห้องพัก แต่โดยรวมแล้วไม่ทําลายความประทับใจโดยรวมของการมาถึง

Recanto Resort is a really nice resort on the Brazilian side of the falls. The rooms are small but nice. We had a view of a parking area so did not use the small balcony. The only real shortfall was in service in some areas. The swim up bar was very slow while the poolside service was much better. I attempted to use the tour center in the lobby. I made a request and was told someone would get back with me but that never happened. The breakfast buffet was great, as was the dinner buffet. With some minor updates and more attention to service, this could be a really great place.

I really liked the long wall-attached table and the practical design of the bathroom. I’d definitely come back if I visit Brazil again. Este hotel é super limpo e muito higiênico. Eu também me senti muito confortável aqui. Gostei da mesa longa fixada na parede e do design prático do banheiro. Com certeza voltarei se vier ao Brasil novamente.

Отель находится вне города, но рядом есть остановка автобуса. Отель немного уставший. Мы бронировали два номера - в одном из них были проблемы со сливом канализации. Завтраки и ужины нормальные. Хотелось бы чуть больше овощей к салатным листьям. Отличные сыры и фрукты. Голодными не останетесь. В отеле можно заказать трансфер на аргентинскую сторону национального парка за приемлемую сумму.
