Очень довольны этим отелем. Расположение просто волшебное, близко и к старому городу, и в то же время первая линия пляжа. Номера большие, есть все необходимое. Кровать кингсайз по факту как будто 2 односпальные (не единым полотном). Напор воды супер, шикарный душ. Завтраки невероятные, я не знаю кто пишет негативные отзывы, это возмутительно. Огромный выбор еды, включая испанские специалитеты как хамон, тортилья, чуррос, пан кон томате. Подают игристое (очень вкусное!). В общем нам так понравилось, что продлевали еще на сутки. С бесплатной парковкой есть сложности, один раз повезло встали прямо у отеля, в другие разы находили местечко в 10 мин пешком (огромная парковка).

We spend such low price during non-peak season. I really have nothing to complain. Breakfast, for Western People, it's great. , walk-in price is €18. If having the breakfasts bought for the whole stay, it will be €16/each. As Chinese people, I would like some soup noodles or congee for breakfast. Above all, great stay in this grand hotel.

Ponía que había internet en todo el hotel y no es así, por no haber no había ni en recepción, reclamamos varias veces y no sirvió para nada, la chica de la mañana aún nos decía que lo miraban para solucionarlo, aunque eso nunca pasó, pero el de la noche, directamente que bajásemos si queríamos usarlo, aunque como digo tampoco funcionaba, si sólo estás de vacaciones me imagino que no será importante, pero si tienes que realizar tramitaciones de trabajo como nos pasaba a nosotros, es un gran problema ya que en la habitación, nuestra compañía tampoco tenía mucha cobertura y teníamos que salir a los bares de los alrededores para realizarlas

Location: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and several bus stops. You can easily walk or take a ride to the old town. Facility: The hotel's design is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the mattress is absolutely terrible. Lying on it makes you feel like the bed might collapse at any moment. After a day of sightseeing, it's impossible to rest well on such a bed, leaving you even more sore the next day. By the way, Trip.com was very irresponsible. We left a note requesting a king-sized bed when booking, but our request was not communicated to the hotel. Food: The breakfast area is spacious, but there aren’t many food options. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu didn’t change at all. Overall: Hope the hotel can improve the mattress, as it’s a critical issue. Otherwise, the location is great, and the hotel is very new.

Enjoyed the trip, location was perfect for me to access the city center. Very recommended.
