Después de consultarnos varias veces en el sistema nos indican que si que era un error, pero nos dicen que hay que abonar el parking, cuando nuestro coche lo habíamos aparcado en la calle. Tras otros minutos de espero ya nos indican que ha sido otro error. Demasiados errores para un hotel de 4 estrellas que nos hace perder tiempo en el check out, cuando todo había sido pagado una semana antes.

Très bon hôtel, très bien placé. Seul soucis, l'isolation acoustique de la chambre n'était pas optimale, nous avons été dérangés par un occupant d'une chambre voisine durant la première nuit. Le personnel a été coopératif et a essayé de trouver une solution. Toutefois, l’hôtel était complet et nous nous sommes contentés de boules quies.

El hotel está bastante céntrico y en una zona con bastante posibilidades de aparcamiento. Una buena opción si buscas una estancia tranquila a 15 minutos andando de plaza mayor. Precio razonable

Habitaciones amplias con buena iluminación. Muy bien ubicados cerca del centro de Salamanca y bien rodeado de centros comerciales para comprar o comer. Zona donde se puede aparcar en el parking exterior sin cobro adicional o en los alrededores se aparca bien. Las comidas ricas con diferentes opciones. Habia en el grupo una celiaca y una vegana, les dieron comida que pudiesen muy meticulosos y cuidadosos.

Отличный отель для туристов. Расположение - в начале пешего маршрута по достопримечательностям: с Акведуком - рядом. Собор и главная площадь -10 минут по торговой улочке, далее 10 минут и Алькасар. Завтраки прекрасные на любой вкус: хамон хороший, ломо, сыры, горячее, выпечка, фрукты, кофе замечательный. От ж. д. станции AVE автобус номер 11, говорят ок. 20минут. На такси - ок. 12 евро, минут 10.
