We really enjoyed our stay at Baia Azul. This hotel has everything! Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ห้องขนาดกําลังดี ทุกอย่างสะอาด ในห้องมีตู้เย็นขนาดเล็ก รองเท้าแตะ เสื้อคลุม มีบริการผ้าเช็ดตัวสําหรับสระน้ําด้วย มีบริการทําความสะอาดทุกวัน และเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้หมด รวมถึงผ้าเช็ดตัวสําหรับสระน้ําด้วย เตียงไม่ดีที่สุดเพราะมันค่อนข้างแข็งและมีที่นอนสปริง เราชอบสระว่ายน้ําในร่มจากุซซี่และซาวน่า เราไม่ได้ลองสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งเพราะเราอยู่ที่นั่นในเวลากลางคืนเท่านั้น อาหารเช้าอร่อย ฉันจะกลับมาเพราะมันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีโดยรวม

We stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks

A experiência no Pestana Ocean Bay foi bastante agradável, os colaboradores foram sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos, ajudaram sempre que foi necessário, têm sem dúvida uma equipa preocupada com o hóspede, atenta, empática, senti-me muito bem recebida… num questionário que respondi a meio da estadia, mencionei que nos buffets poderia haver uvas (isto porque a minha filha gosta muito, e as uvas eram uma fruta que ainda não tinha surgido), fiz essa observação pensando que nem ia ser lida, no entanto, no dia seguinte ao chegar ao quarto tínhamos um belo prato de uvas, nesse momento, sentimo-nos acarinhadas como se estivéssemos em casa, foi um gesto de cuidado que nos deixou sensibilizadas, estão de parabéns por isso e por, efetivamente, lerem os questionários, que muitas vezes achamos que ninguém vai ler e importarem-se com o que lá se escreve. Têm uma boa organização, apresentação e logística de tudo o que envolve uma estadia: refeições, animação ao fim do dia, saídas/passeios, etc. Continuação de um trabalho de excelência ☺️ obrigada.

Pobyt w hotelu byl cudownym doświadczeniem. Mieszkaliśmy w bloku C, przy samym oceanie, widoki obłędne. Hotel bardzo czysty. Zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolację, bardzo dobre. Szeroki wybór i bardzo dużo jedzenia, codziennie coś nowego. Każdemu polecę ten hotel, a jeżeli będę jeszcze raz na Maderze to zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

Я выбирала отель с видом на океан по доступной цене. В итоге, нашелся отель с очень просторными номерами, панорамным окном, кофе/чай, удобной ванной комнатой с биде, большим балконом. Единственные моменты: раздельная кровать для пары и слабоватый душ. Шум ночных волн на любителя:) Нам пришлось закрывать дверь на балкон, хотя и так было довольно шумно. Сервис очень дружелюбный.  Завтрак вкусный и свежий. Много выпечки, напитки, нарезки и горячее.  Не ожидала, что будет бесплатный трансфер до центра и обратно. Абсолютный плюс этого отеля, потому что находится он не в шаговой доступности от центра.  Виды, чистота возле отеля, свой пляж - это потрясающе.  Далее мы проживали в частном секторе и много что посмотрели на острове, но первые две ночи в Orca Praia остались в нашем сердечке💘 С уважением,  Елена из России

A lovely Hotel, with a high level of service and a great restaurant an amenities. The location is only good for those willing to taxi or drive to Funchal- otherwise it is a 30-35minite walk, allow more time for the way back all uphill. The decor of the rooms is dated- very 1990s in style, the carpet is wearing thin in places. The pool side area is nice but could benefit from a modernization to make the decor match the level of service. Can't fault the stay otherwise. Shout out to Sandra, the Maitre 'd, D for her amazing level of service. Obregado!

The hotel is beautiful and super homey, you can get to the city centre really easily as there is like 3 different buses and one that is less than a 3 minute walk away from the hotel, the staff are kind and friendly, we initially got given a room right next to the entrance, due to the really thin walls it was unfortunately really loud, but the staff moved us to a much better room with no problem at all, the rooms aren’t super clean as there was some hair left after cleaning and a bag of medicine another guest had left, but it’s an amazing hotel and I’ll be staying here again next time I visit. The pool is not usable (extremely dirty) and the breakfast and coffee are way too much for what you get.

Wir haben 3-Sterne gebucht und eigentlich das Erwartete bekommen. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, da aber 2 Hotels von Dorisol hier zusammen verköstigt werden, hat das dann den Charakter einer besseren Jugendherberge. Beginn 7:30 h ist für Wanderer zu spät. Personal generell sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufstieg zur Rezeption mit 120 Treppenstufen etwas mühselig. Für den Indoorpool muss man reservieren (!), aber Becken zum Schwimmen zu flach, Massagestrahler kaputt, Whirlpool kalt und blubbert kaum, kann man komplett vergessen. Zimmer abgewohnt, Schimmel im Bad in den Duschecken, aber Betten waren gut. Hatten Oceanview gebucht, Zimmer in 8. Etage aber mehr ein Tree-View, am Baum vorbei konnte man etwas das Meer sehen, das ist eine Mogelpackung. Hinter dem Hotel ca. 30 m Luftlinie Privathaus mit 12 Hunden, die ab 6 h anfangen zu bellen. Sehr, sehr nervig. Kühlschrank schloss nicht richtig, da vereist, somit Wasser in der Bude, habe ich selbst gerichtet. Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert

เราจองห้องสําหรับสามคน 3 เตียงในนาทีสุดท้ายในราคานกล่าช้า อย่างไรก็ตามพวกเขาให้ห้องคู่กับเราสองเตียง มันอยู่บนชั้นหนึ่งถัดจากสนามเทนนิสซึ่งมีเสียงดังมาก มันคือ 31 องศาเซลเซียสและไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ สามารถเปิดหน้าต่างบานเล็ก ๆ ได้เพียง 1 บานเท่านั้น แต่หันหน้าไปทางเท้าซึ่งแขกจํานวนมากสามารถเข้าถึงสระว่ายน้ําในร่ม ห้องออกกําลังกาย ... ฯลฯ ความเป็นส่วนตัวไม่เพียงพอ ทําเลที่ตั้งโอเคเพราะมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดเล็ก ร้านอาหาร และป้ายรถเมล์มากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียงในระยะที่เดินได้ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมดีสําหรับราคา
