Très joli petit, appartement, dans une résidence avec piscine, au calme, à quelques pas de plage. Nous sommes arrivés tard tardivement. Les instructions étaient claires pour accéder à l’appartement en autonomie.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage für Wanderungen. Das Bett ist so naja dafür ist das Bad sehr sauber und es gibt warmes wasser.
Das Restaurant im Hotel bietet leider kein gutes Essen an und der Service dort ist ebenfalls schlecht. Trotzdem preiswertes sauberes Zimmer und als Startpunkt für Wanderungen nach Soller oder Pollenca optimal.

positif: très belle vue mer, grand studio
négatif : appart- hôtel sans ascenseur, travaux dans l'hôtel pendant le séjour ( bruit de perceuse), équipements inadaptés ( exemple: baignoire sans bouchon adapté pour retenir l'eau !, cumulus d'eau chaude de 75 L insuffisant pour prendre un bain!, télé connecté mais wifi insuffisant ! donc impossible à regarder , télé trop basse par rapport au baldaquin du lit.

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa in Alcudia for a business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being.
Facilities & Comfort:
The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.
Dining & Service:
The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents.
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty.
Overall:
PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

ผผู้เข้าพัก“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner.
The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence.
The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00.
While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy.
Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car.
In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

DdavylegrandHotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility.
The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.

ผผู้เข้าพักWow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas. I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is.
