Super family friendly place.

Esta bien ubicado las instalaciones son grandes el bus que viene del aeropuerto pasa frente al hotel súper cerca de la parada. Lo malo se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los palillos y escaleras. ! La comida normal de hotel la atención de los camareros muy amables un placer coincidir con Lorena excelente y encantadora de lo más bonito que he conocido en Ibiza ojalá más personas especiales como ella ! Gracias a ella la estadía genial el hotel como cualquier otro nada en especial !

If I could give no stars I would. I expected basic being a three star hotel but I anticipated it being clean and having the advertised facilities on offer. Serious lack of customer service skills from the receptionist upon arrival (12.30am). When asked for some drinking water we were told to go to a supermarket as the vending machine hadn’t been restocked?! Room filthy. Mould in air conditioning unit and inside wardrobe, floor covered in hair and dirt, ants crawling, leak in the bathroom and blocked shower. Ate in the restaurant twice. Food pretty bland. Two of my party were sick on the second night which we suspect was from the chicken that didn’t look fully cooked. Hotel don’t believe us as we don’t have a doctors note. Many facilities were out of order - spa, sporting facilities, water features, urinals, vending machines. Adult pool was dirty, full of leaves, discoloured and smelly. Overall I wouldn’t waste your money and annual holiday, been to far nicer places for much less money. I counted down the days until we could fly home.

Decent for a 3 star hotel. Helpful staff, fab entertainment and plenty of options for food. Cleanliness of the room is okay but some interesting finds in the bed, curtains and plug hole - as pictured. This was a superior room as well.

Me and my boyfriend have just came back from a week stay here (30th Sept - 7th Oct) and we will definitely be visiting again. We are very impressed. The food was delicious, it was a different buffet menu every night and there was always something we liked - in fact we even had 2 or 3 plates it was that good. There was Chinese, Mexican, pizza, pasta, steak, kebabs, even carvery-like beef and pork joints of meat served by the chefs! I've never experienced food so nice in an all-inclusive before. The pool bar that served food was very good too. There is a good choice of all-inclusive drinks. Sure, the alcohol isn't the most expensive brands but they still tasted good and a generous amount was added! The staff were very friendly also. It's one euro deposit for your cup and you can have as many as you like, we had no problems getting our euros back at the end of the holiday. The rooms were very clean, the air con wasn't working when we arrived but we asked reception to take a look and it was fixed within the hour and we had no more problems with it. The only thing I would fault is the shower... the water kept going burning hot for a few seconds then cold, but that's to be expected when you're on an island that struggles with water! It wasn't anything that put me off. The hotel had a good size main pool, a kids pool and an adults only pool, which is where we spent most of our time. We never struggled to find a sun bed and it was peaceful being there, with clean toilets and the bar nearby. The hotel is in a good location, there's a mini golf nearby and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a sandy section of beach around a 5 minute walk away and the sea was lovely and warm. We walked into San Antonio one of the days and it took around 20 minutes, but there is a water taxi if you don't want to do the walk. The hotel also ordered us a taxi to go to Ibiza Old Town which arrived within 10 minutes. Overall, this is the best all-inclusive hotel I have stayed at. I think it depends on what sort of person you are, another review said something along the lines of "if you expect a 5 star hotel then it's not for you, but if you expect a 3 star then it is" and I completely agree.

Awful hotel . Nothing like the pictures in the brochure . Awful food , Would never return and would not recommend. Cracks around the pool area. Long queues for the restaurant. Our first room smelt musty and the bathroom was awful . Old tiles on the floor . We moved rooms after 5 mins ! The 2 nd room was a little better but we actually moved hotels after 3 nights . Couldn’t stand it any more

Just back from here. We were a family of 4.. 2 adults and 2 kids age 13 & 9. It was great. Although a lot of people chose to put their towels out to save sunloungers (😡🙄) we couldn’t be bothered and never had a problem finding free loungers. Plenty of shaded areas. The drinks and food at the pool side bar were absolutely fine… not amazing but fine. The food in general was also ok. Lots of choice… we all managed to find something we enjoyed every single meal. Yes the evening entertainment wasn’t great but we made our own fun so it didn’t really matter. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and location spot on. I can highly recommend Sa Flama grill just down the road… beautiful location, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine. My one and only criticism is that the floor around the pool is very very slippy so be careful.

Hotel itself was very clean. Pool Area was really nice especially for little ones. Evening entertainment for little ones was fab, very loud but enjoyable. Downside was the food, food hall was always really busy and food was not replenished often enough, meaning it ran out easily. However overall the food wasn’t bad, wasn’t excellent but plenty of choice. The staff were fantastic and worked so hard. Overall our stay was pleasant, location was brilliant for us personally. Would recommend.

Apart from a few initial ******* at check in (you have to pay for the safe?! In this day and age! Although our friends did have a small amount of cash stolen from their suitcase so might be worth bearing in mind/ but it still grates on me that a premium package still has extras) this hotel is big standard, 3 star and you sort of know what you are getting if you keep that in mind. If people are thinking it’s a fancy hotel it’s not. Don’t upgrade to the “premium” package as all rooms are “suites”. We were hoodwinked thinking we had exclusive access to the rooftop, we didn’t. We were told only those with purple “premium” wristbands were able to get all inclusive drinks on the roof, again this was not true, we saw staff serving all bands. We were then told we could use the sauna in the gym. Which was broken. So all in all I’d say premium is absolutely not worth it. The drinks are good. The 1€ deposit on the cup rule is a really good idea and keeps the place looking tidy. The food was bang average for a 3* hotel. Pasta, chips, bread, soup always on offer, even the fussiest diner would find something to eat. But don’t be expecting haute cuisine. The snack bar is a bit fried food and basic but good if you have missed breakfast. Had no issue with anything else, as I say., make sure your expectations are low and you won’t be disappointed. Good location. I would recommend bringing a plastic wine or champagne glass if you like drinking that as they only serve drinks in the blue plastic cups which isn’t the best. So bring your own! The adults only pool bar is good, the walks are a bit grubby and could do with a facelift but overall the place is sound and I would stay here again.
