Pros: Amazing location with gardens and pools .. very good sandy beach with good activities.. 5 stars cleanliness... many pools and small aqua park... excellent service and friendly professional employees.. very delicious food and excellent chefs... very good animation team ... Cons: standard rooms are old fashioned and beds are not the best, but suites are much better .. AC is relatively weak ... free WiFi is very slow and unstable.. aqua park is small .. all the pools are 1.5 meters deep only except 1 very small pool 2.5 meters deep ... the all inclusive plan is expensive compared with the same plan in most hurghada hotels ... The overall experience is pleasant and memorable ✨️ 💛

Great location, excellent options for food, especially the grilled meat and fish for dinner. Options for the pool and beach are easy, close, and enjoyable. Excellent option for those living in Cairo and need a quick beach getaway.

I recently stayed at Porto Sokhna. On a positive note, the service was good and the staff was helpful. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to several issues: Location: The unit was quite far from the beach. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was below expectations and needs serious improvement. Noise: The central AC units were very loud and disturbing, especially at night. Furniture & Maintenance: The furniture condition was poor. The sofa bed was broken and wouldn't open properly, and the wardrobe was loose/falling apart. Overall, while the staff does a good job, the management needs to focus on room maintenance and hygiene before I could consider staying here again.

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากจากไคโร ~ 1:15 ชั่วโมง น้ําทะเลตื้นและน่าเบื่อสําหรับการว่ายน้ํา พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษกับ Mr Mohamed ผู้จัดการร้านอาหาร สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสะอาดและมีชื่อเสียง แต่มีทรัพยากรน้อยมาก สระว่ายน้ําหนึ่งสระและร้านอาหารหนึ่งแห่ง บริการดีมาก ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตใกล้เคียง แต่ร้านขายยาอยู่ไกล ไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรสําหรับรถเข็นเด็ก / รถเข็นเด็ก

ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดไร้ที่ติและพนักงานเป็นกันเองมีอัธยาศัยดีและสะดวกสบาย การจองเดียวของฉันคือเกี่ยวกับอาหาร - ต่ํากว่ามาตรฐานที่คาดไว้สําหรับโรงแรมห้าดาว น่าเสียดายที่ประสบการณ์การรับประทานอาหารนั้นน่าผิดหวัง ทําให้เรารู้สึกเน่าและต้องการความช่วยเหลือในการย่อยอาหารหลังจากนั้น

We liked the hotel very much, the facilities, the decoration, the heated pool, the night activities, and also the service & the staff were very helpful

The hotel amenities were quite good enough to stay inside without going somewhere else. I am really admired by the front desk officers, cleaning, pool and aqua staff who were supportive and friendly ppl. The only neutral comment is that the food was normal and location is not by the sea side.
