"It is a economic hotel which offers rooms mainly in small size. There is quite a distance of this hotel from the city centre. However, if your main goal in Reykjavik is to join some local tours, the position of this hotel is perfect for the tour buses to pick you up and drop you off. This hotel is definitely a wise choice if you have a limited budget!"
"We had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful, making a great first impression. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around very convenient. Parking is available at the back of the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis, and we were fortunate to secure a spot. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. The main drawback was the balcony door, which opens onto a shared corridor, so we weren’t able to leave it open for ventilation. Aside from that, a comfortable and welcoming stay."
"Maybe it is my fault for expecting hotels in Iceland to have little to no, if not relatively poor service as a whole, but my booking issues with them, the communication leading up to the stay and overall interaction with staff was next to none, Save for the on-site staff that I got to bump into, it's pretty much non-existent.
The Booking itself, alongside a mistake with the app, and the hotel refusing to offer direct communication, and lying throughout the whole ordeal when it came to ”calling back” was literal hell. That being said the say was, fine? It's a place to rest, that's all I can say. The breakfast was definitely pathetic, but like the first statement it might've been my fault for expecting something substantial,.
Definitely don't get the breakfast, don't use the hot coffee/cocoa machine since it's broken or unfilled half the time. Seek out amenities at the grocery stores nearby instead."

NNelli BakievaI was so happy with my stay! We had an issue with some people near our room, but a staff member helped us immediately and even moved us to the best room in the house. We were so grateful for their kind and understanding attitude. I could truly feel their support and willingness to help. The room was clean with no problems at all, and the breakfasts were great! Thank you for your excellent service
BBee_❤️We had a lovely stay at Hotel Muli. Patricia, who checked us in on 1st January, was very kind and helpful. After arriving on an early-morning flight, it was really nice to be greeted with a smile. Even better, our room was ready, so we were able to check in early.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that housekeeping is done upon request, so you’ll need to ask if you want your room cleaned.
Breakfast was very nice and filling, and the kitchen staff were just as kind and helpful as the rest of the team.
Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service.
ผผู้เข้าพักGood location, decent service, comfortable beds and relatively quiet rooms so overall a pleasant stay at Midgardur. The hotel is well placed for exploring Reykjavik and the room itself was clean and comfortable.
The main issue was the minibar setup. Drinks in the fridge have no prices listed, so it’s not obvious that it’s a paid minibar until you see the charge at checkout. To make things more confusing, some drinks placed on the bedside table do have visible prices, which makes it seem like those are the only items for purchase and the fridge items might be complimentary
