โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมอย่างแน่นอน พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากและตอบสนองทุกความต้องการ ห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง ข้อดีที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือมันเชื่อมต่อกับร้านอาหาร Annapoorna ซึ่งเป็นอาหารเช้าอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็นที่ต้องไป อดใจรอไม่ไหวที่จะกลับมา

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

I booked for 24th but i came to hotel to check-in @ 7.3 am, if rooms are completely full i can understand , but rooms were their & 2 customer checked in he did not offer me to early check in even i requested i will pay extra for early check in , he denied , policy should be for all he allowed 2 customer why not me , T 9.15 he allowed me & there was room available which made me more disappoint , And he is asking me to vacate next day same time i requested extra 1 hour he did not allowed , he called today morning at 8.15 am and skiing me to vacate , i usually stay in Heritage Inn hotel due to non availability i tried , but never will visit again . service is complete Nill , no smile rude behavior......

This is very first time I got a nice hotel compared last time.  Good Environment  Good Service  Nice Room Nearby Pondy Bazaar  Friendly staff

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

The stay was comfortable and peaceful overall. The room was quiet, which I appreciated, and I slept well during my stay. The room itself was spacious and adequate for a restful stay. However, I felt that the service could be improved, as it did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Another disappointment was during my stay extension. As an existing guest, I would have appreciated a better rate offered directly by the hotel, instead of having to go through the full online booking process again. Breakfast is another area for improvement, both in terms of food quality and offering more local dishes rather than a largely Western spread.

The Hotel Was Located At A Location With Good Transport Facilities For Tourist. Though The Hotel Doesn’t Seem To Have A Restaurant There Is One Quick Service Fast Food Eatery With A Large Menu Offering Tasty Food. The Room Was Clean. The A.C. & Fan Were Working Well. Though The Room Was Not Big In Size It Was Compact & Well Furnished. I Was Not Offered The WiFi Pass Word Which The Front Office Staff Should Give Out Without The Customer Asking For It. The Sights To See In Thanjavur Are All Nearby & Public Transport Is Available Very Near. The Room Rent Is Very Reasonable. A Dated Hotel But I Found It Well Maintained. I Would Recommend This Hotel For Tourists. USP : Location. Easy Transport. Decent Size Room. Affordable.

Excellent Stay at GRT Grand Chennai I had a wonderful stay at GRT Grand Chennai. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. The staff Sabri,Muthu Anna Sharin and Aishek were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to different tastes.The hotel’s location is very convenient, providing easy access to major areas in Chennai. Overall, GRT Grand Chennai exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again.

Location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Very close to Amman temple and the accessibility is also amazing. Cleanliness is supreme. Also the restaurant inside this hotel is just amazing.
