Had a lovely stay in an amazing hotel, they have thought of everything, if i had one criticism, would be the pool is a little small for the size of the hotel and the beds that are there people leave there towels on even though they are not there.
Nice staff and rooms. The location is a bit far from the center but easily walkable if not too hot. Only complaints are: fitness center’s only weight machine was broken. This could be easily fixed but it sat there taking up space but unusable; second, we checked the box for quiet room far from elevator and received a room next to the elevator so we heard guests all night and rumble of elevator whenever in use. Want to give them all 5 out of 5 but cannot overlook these disappointments.
Free towel and shower gel provided. Free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Very good hairdryer (borrow from front desk). Very helpful front desk.
Have stayed here for four nights. But not all rooms have comfy beds, some mattresses sink slightly in the middle. But some are great, so it’s a bit of luck.
The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are very nice; however, the walls are paper thin and you can hear every movement your neighbours make.
The restaurant was a complete let down. The prices are reasonable; however, the choice of food is poor and the food itself is awful. I had the chicken drumsticks in mushroom sauce. It was served cold, and when I informed the waitress, she reheated it in the microwave. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing, and didn’t check if we needed more drinks.
Ppierre andreRooms were too hot as they turn off the air-conditioning, so only got warm air and with door open you noise from the hi way
But lovely place!!
AAllyYSWe had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อLocation is a 20mins walk to the city center, simple buffet breakfast, friendly receptionist. Room is simple and basic, most importantly it was clean. Microwave and water cooler available for use at the cafe located next to the lobby. 10mins walk away from Santa Justa station
ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip.
While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals.
I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.
ผผู้เข้าพักGood location — just a bridge away from the old town, with department stores, restaurants, a supermarket, and a coin-operated laundry all within walking distance. The room layout felt a bit awkward, with unnecessary curves, and the toilet was very small and located separately from the bathroom. Daily cleaning service was a plus — the cleaners were polite. Staff weren’t particularly enthusiastic, but they provided information when asked.
