The alhambra view room does not have a clear view of the alhambra, only the rooftop of the department store accross the hotel. Otherwise nice stay with airport shuttle located right opposite the hotel

I came here several times in the past five years but I was happily surprised this time. The hotel has been entirely refurbished like three weeks ago and it looks completely new. Rooms size are correct and decoration is very modern. The best the B-Heaven bar which is located at the rooftop with the pool. Its location is awesome too, in downtown but avoiding crowds. Very recommendable!

空後バスのバス停の目の前にあるホテル。レストランやバル、コンビニも近くにある。部屋は広くて浴槽もあり快適だった。10€払って朝ごはんを食べたが、品数はあるがあまり美味しくなかった。

Lovely hotel fab rooms & bathrooms Loved the rooftop bar area which has great views but does get very busy especially the sunbed area (never did get a bed) Staff excellent work hard very helpful & friendly This hotel In a great location & easy to get around to attractions as well as shops restaurants cafes etc all easy to walk too Only negative no coffee in rooms unless junior suites so bring your own or buy from local shop

This was our first visit since the refurbishment. We have stayed twice in the past few years, but really noticed the difference this time. Everything has been updated and is very stylish. The reception is open and airy, there is a new cafe bar at the front and the bedrooms are beautiful. We even had a little balcony. The bed was huge and so comfortable and the shower was excellent. Possibly too many mirrors in the room though. The reception staff were so helpful and we didn't have to deal with the parking this time, as someone was there to park it for us. One excellent addition was the kettle and tea making facility, not common in most Spanish hotels. I drink tea but some coffee sachets would be nice for those who prefer that. Location is excellent for walking to places. We didn't get to the rooftop bar as it closed at 9pm for some reason. We have used it in the past, great views. All in all, a great improvement. We will stay again.

The Barcelo Carmen is centrally located but inconspicuous from the outside. Access by car to the underground garage is rather complicated; the daily charge is 21 €. There was a friendly welcome at the front desk. We were given a room on the second floor which did not offer any interesting view. The bed was large though just as the TV which offered lots of channels including international ones. Access to the WiFi proved to be a bit uncomfortable. There was both a minibar and a kettle the use of which was again uncomfortable as the cable was too short and thus you had to carry the gadget to some power outlet in the room. The problem was reported but there was no reaction by the hotel. Basically, air condition in the room worked, but it took a long time before you felt any change in temperature. The shower cub was large, but it took a long time before there was any warm water meaning that a lot of it was wasted. The breakfast buffet offered a large choice with the food being of average quality. Some of Granada’s sights (the Alhambra e.g.) are somewhat far from the hotel; the use of public buses is a bit laborious. Overall, the hotel is a decent option for those looking to stay in downtown Granada.

Clean rooms, fresh makeover at hotel and helpful staff! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cant ask for more! Hotel is a short walk to many restaurants. We were able to walk to most of our destinations as well!
