The receptionist service was great especially during the check in process. The room looks new and clean. The breakfast was good but only western option and same everyday. I was going to kangaroo island on one day and have to go before breakfast starts so the receptionist kindly helped me to prepare a take away for my breakfast. The location was ok, a few mins distance to public transport and restaurants. Behind is Rundle mall and Adelaide arcade right beside. However, it could be a bit noisy because it’s located right beside the main road. Overall, it’s great and will consider staying here again! 👍

Location is handy around major shopping centres. Situated close to the water with lovely parkland area nearby. Has a beachy feel to it with palms and lush greenery. Quiet location, private with good security. Interesting modern style architecture.

The Terrace Hotel in Adelaide was in our opinion, a Three Star Hotel. Shower over the bath is not suitable for eighty year olds as you could fall very easily. The room had a reasonable size balcony with no furniture at all to encourage you to use it. There was only one chair in the room for a possible four people and reception could not help in getting a second chair. The room could certainly do with an upgrade, especially painting of doors etc. Small amount of mould over the bath/shower. On the better side, the room was a good size and the beds reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard. We found transport was available at a short distance. With all this in mind we probably would choose not to use the hotel again.

ที่จอดรถส่วนตัวด้านหลังโรงแรมต้องจองล่วงหน้า และที่จอดรถก็จำกัดและค่อนข้างคับแคบ การจอดรถในเมืองค่อนข้างยุ่งยาก ห้องพักเรียบง่าย แม้จะอับไปหน่อย มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ แต่ไม่มีรีโมตคอนโทรล ห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ ห้องครัวก็ค่อนข้างธรรมดา แต่ราคาก็ถือว่าไม่แพงเมื่อเทียบกับที่พักราคาประหยัดในเมือง

We love the location! It is so close to the bay. We can easily walk to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, and the jetty. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast and will come back in spring.

強烈推薦這家酒店！房間乾淨整潔，採光通風都不錯，設施很新，使用起來很方便。窗外美景彷彿置身於非洲草原之中！

Loved this hotel. Location is great. Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety and excellent. Rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable. So enjoy my stay in Pullman. Will stay again when visiting Adelaide. Thank you to all the staff, you made my stay so wonderful.

เราจองโรงแรม 3 ดาวแห่งนี้ในแอดิเลดเพียงเพราะทำเลที่ตั้งใกล้กับงานอีเวนต์ที่เรากำลังจะไปร่วม พอไปถึงก็แปลกใจที่ลิฟต์เสีย โชคดีที่ลิฟต์อีกตัวยังใช้งานได้ แต่ใช้แค่ปุ่มลงเท่านั้น ซึ่งไม่ใช่การเริ่มต้นที่น่าประทับใจเท่าไหร่ พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและเป็นมิตรดูแลการเช็คอินให้ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส แม้จะไม่ได้มีอะไรมากไปกว่าการบริการขั้นพื้นฐาน เมื่อเราไปถึงห้องพักชั้น 5 ปัญหาต่างๆ ก็ยากที่จะมองข้าม คือเพดานหายไปบางส่วนและพรมก็สกปรกอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ถึงแม้ห้องพักจะใช้งานได้ดี แต่เตียงกลับให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนแผ่นไม้มากกว่าที่นอน ซึ่งไม่ได้ออกแบบมาเพื่อความสบายอย่างแท้จริง เราฝากกระเป๋าไว้แล้วออกเดินทาง แต่ฉันก็ยังสลัดความรู้สึกไม่สบายใจที่โรงแรมมอบให้ไม่ได้ สุดท้ายแล้ว เราตัดสินใจไม่พักค้างคืน และกลับมาเอากระเป๋าและเช็คเอาท์ในภายหลัง ที่นี่อาจเป็นที่พักที่เหมาะสมสำหรับนักเดินทางบางคนที่ให้ความสำคัญกับทำเลที่ตั้งเหนือสิ่งอื่นใด แต่น่าเสียดายที่มันไม่เหมาะกับเรา
