The hotel's location is quite good — it's close to the main street, about a 30-minute walk away. Some rooms even offer a view of the Sphere.
However, if you book a king bedroom, there will inevitably be a connecting door to a stranger’s room.
One morning, I was woken up by a mysterious phone call, and one afternoon, there was constant banging from upstairs, making it impossible to rest.
As soon as you enter the hotel, unfamiliar women approach you promoting a ”welcome bucket” — it's unclear if they even work for the hotel, as they aren’t wearing any uniform.
The front desk staff were particularly unfriendly. Perhaps because it's peak season, the hotel isn’t worried about filling rooms.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed with Hilton, and I won’t be booking with them again.
