Lovely hotel, but charged twice — still waiting for a refund Labirint Pool is a lovely hotel. It was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the property itself. Unfortunately, an unresolved double payment has overshadowed my entire stay. I stayed from September 22 to 24, but my Trip.com booking showed October 22–24. I had already paid USD 94 through Trip.com. The owner, Zaza, told me there was a problem with the booking dates and asked me to contact support to change them. I spent around three hours dealing with support and trying to resolve the booking issue instead of enjoying my holiday. Despite my existing payment, the owner insisted that I pay again. I felt pressured into transferring an additional GEL 250 to a Georgian bank card — approximately the same amount as my original payment. I have completed all the refund requests and followed every instruction Trip.com provided. Yet I have received no refund from Trip.com, and Zaza has not returned the additional payment either. This is completely unacceptable. I paid twice for one stay, and I am still spending my time chasing my own money. This has caused financial hardship and unnecessary stress. I am asking Trip.com and Zaza to resolve this immediately, coordinate with each other, and refund the duplicate payment. I should not have to keep submitting requests and repeatedly asking for my money back. The hotel itself was excellent, but the handling of this payment issue and the lack of a refund have been deeply disappointing. Please return the duplicate payment promptly and bring this exhausting situation to an end.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Ithink the hotel was nice and clean but they didn’t provide all the toiletries every day. For a 5 star hotel I was expecting to get body cream and it didn’t work like that. I had to ask every day

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist on 21feb were polite and helpful. Others Staff service was acceptable, though not particularly attentive . I found the staff to be less friendly than expected. There was little interaction, and even basic greetings in the morning were missing, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming.

Сотрудники позаботились, чтобы небыло слышно ни звуков ни запахов. Апгрейдили мне номер с террасой. Очень очень вкусные завтраки! Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал 🫶🏽 хочу поблагодарить за гостеприимство!

สะดวกในการขับรถ โรงแรมใช้งานได้จริงตรงทางเข้าทบิลิซี ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องที่จอดรถ มีร้านขายของชําอยู่ใกล้ๆ ข้อเสียของนี่คือเสียงของถนน แต่ฉนวนกันเสียงของห้องก็เพียงพอแล้วดังนั้นจึงไม่สําคัญ ชอบอาหารเช้า พนักงานพูดภาษารัสเซียได้น้อยและพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้น้อย แต่ไม่มีความไม่สบายใจ ปัญหาและงานทั้งหมดได้รับการแก้ไข

Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning: 1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands. 2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me. If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool.

ห้องพักใหญ่พอและทำเลค่อนข้างไกลจากตัวเมือง แท็กซี่ในทบิลิซีแย่มาก ชาวต่างชาติคิดเงินตามอำเภอใจ ไม่เกิน 20 กิโลเมตรจากสนามบินถึงโรงแรม การชำระเงินครั้งสุดท้ายคือ 50 ลารี ความแตกต่างนั้นใหญ่เกินไป โรงแรมจะไม่ช่วยเหลือผู้เข้าพักในการแก้ปัญหาค่าแท็กซี่โดยพลการ เขาบอกว่าเขาทำอะไรไม่ได้เลย เนื่องจากบริการของโรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ไม่สอดคล้องกัน ฉันอาจจะยังคงเลือกฮิลตันหรืออะไรทำนองนั้นในอนาคต
