I am regularly for business in Tbilisi and stayed in a few hotels. So far I have never been dissapointed. This is my first time in the Pullmann and I like it. I like its spacious rooms, great shower and especially a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly, helpfully and fast. Have not tried lunch and dinner yet but looking forward to it!
Шикарный отель. Место расположения в центре. Еда очень вкусная и много выбора . SPA очень классный. Массажисты профессионалы своего дела . Очень хороший сервис обслуживания . 10~10. Всем советую

Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel sits in the building of the former Institute of History and Ethnography, erected between 1929 and 1930 and absorbing a variety of stylistic features of disparate eras. The Tbilisi Concert Hall (sometimes called Philharmonic Hall) is located just opposite the street, and the city's main Shota Rustaveli Avenue with charming cafes, restaurants, and eclectic shops, is within a few minutes' walk.
I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).
44567QBCI have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of my favorites because of the service and the local ownership by a local Georgian and their team. The breakfast is one of the best, with delicious Georgian specialties and pastries. The staffing is very generous. The clientele is very interesting with tourists from Israel, Kazakhstan, Russia, and some cultural luminaries. The location is very convenient and not as touristy compared to the old town which we stayed at the second half of our visit. I enjoyed the location as it was near some interesting winding streets near the funicular, had some cool boutiques, and seamed to be a place where cool hip Georgians hang out. Plus it is across the street from some of the large cultural institutions (Georgia National Museum, MoMA, and Opera) and convenient to the Dry Bridge.
RRelax31107131389I stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of an Intrepid trip to Caucasus, therefore I did not choose this property myself. I had a really great room with a balcony - actually massive, with a huge bathroom and slept really well. Whilst there I also put quite a lot of laundry in on the 4-hour turnaround service, which although wasn't the cheapest, was worth it as we were tight on time - everything was returned perfectly to me. My only complaint about the room is that the location is on a busy main road on the edge of the centre, and therefore the balcony faced onto it, and was v noisy, so much so that I didn't hear my friend knocking on my door due to the traffic noise! Breakfast was a good spread and I enjoyed the bar area for quiet drinks in the evening - overall - recommended!
ผผู้เข้าพักThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
BBOBO.wanderingThe hotel room is clean that house keeping service is provided everything. It’s very spacious with cozy beds. The hotel breakfast is wonderful with various choices and most of them are Georgian dishes.
The location is good with 8 minutes walk can arrive at main streets. Will come back for sure if I visit Georgian again.
Very nice contemporary hotel, about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Tbilisi. Quieter location than in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and marked. (They said the carpets will be changed in a months time, hope so...), badly needed for this quality of hotel. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets soaking...... The hotel, is in general due for renovation. Apart from the shower and stained carpets a very comfortable stay.
