จองโรงแรมสามคืน บริการน่ายกย่อง บริกรทุกคนสุภาพและกระตือรือร้นมาก แต่ข้อเสียคือห้องเล็กเกินไปรวมอาหารเช้าง่ายเกินไปที่จะกินไม่อิ่มเลย ราคาไม่สูง

สำหรับเมืองเม็กซิโกซิตี้ โรงแรมนี้ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างใหม่ แต่บรรยากาศอาจไม่หรูหราเท่าโรงแรมห้าดาวในประเทศจีน พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้ามีความเป็นมืออาชีพและมีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสำหรับการพักค้างคืนระหว่างรอต่อเครื่อง เนื่องจากอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินประมาณ 30 นาทีโดยการเดิน

The Hotel looked fantastic, very modern and luxury looking but the experience is lacking. We came for a one night only after staying at the Ritz for a week and the difference is colossal. For one , at the Alexander there was a constant noise through the night and early morning, cleaning staff didn’t bother to return our greeting, the management messed up our order for food in the morning- which wasn’t really good anyway. We will not be returning there unless the changes reflect the status they advertise.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

just opposite to an upscale shopping center (Artz) and very close to another shopping center Perisur. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean and quiet, very convenient. The picture is the view from my room.

อพาร์ทเมนท์ตั้งอยู่ในชุมชนระดับไฮเอนด์ซึ่งปลอดภัยและเชื่อถือได้มาก ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่และสะดวกสบายและมีศิลปะซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ฉันชอบ หากคุณต้องการพักในโรงแรม ให้ความสนใจว่าเป็นห้องอพาร์ตเมนต์ที่ไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในตัวเอง แต่มีทุกอย่างเมื่อคุณออกไปและมีร้านอาหารมากมาย

I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it! Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!
