Esta súper bien la ubicación el desayuno es muy rico el hotel está muy agradable las camas y almohadas exquisitas me pareció una excelente opción en cdmex.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse; limpio, ordenado, cómodo, de fácil acceso y con personal muy amable, definitivamente volveré. :)

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Nice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Замовляв номер з кухнею і сніданком. Кухня була в номері, але чомусь не було не ложки, не виделки, ні тарілок, ні каструль, ні чайнику.. Тільки кавоварка, мікрохвильова, варочна плита вода та 2 стакана. Сніданок теж не сподобався від слова зовсім. Кожного дня необхідно ходити на рецепшен і брати талончик для сніданку. Кава ніяка, сік тільки із сельдірею та папаї. Сухий сніданок, омлет з сосисками, млинець та і все. Порції подає а-ля офіціант і вони малі. В номері шумоізоляції немає, кожен звук в сусідньому номері чутно як у свойому. З вулиці до 4 ранку грала гучно музика та лунав сміх людей. Прибиральники це взагалі щось. З 7 ранку вони вже прибирають сусідні номери та коридор. Спати не реально... Місця для паління в готелі немає і перед готелем палити не дозволяють...

The room was quite spacious and the location is convenient. Breakfast was fine, with a decent variety and quality. However, the in-room facilities are very outdated — both the microwave and hairdryer were not working during my stay. The biggest downside was the extremely poor internet connection, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives, but also areas that need improvement.
