ผผู้เข้าพัก酒店位置很好，周圍安全，飯店很多。墨西哥城堵車嚴重，出行公共交通為主，酒店附近有主要的公交站，方便。步行也可到達很多地方。房間衞生打掃乾淨，之前看到評論裏説沒有空調猶豫了很久，但是我的房間有空調啊，這個季節墨西哥城沒有空調沒法住呀，真奇怪，難道是衹有我的房間有空調。頂樓平台的酒吧很好，雞尾酒樣式不多，但是很便宜。還可以泡澡，走了一天回來泡泡真是舒服。超級推薦！

ผผู้เข้าพักEverything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting.
The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105)
We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.

The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!

GGabrielaMedranoI stayed 8 nights here. The price was super high for such single room. No kettle, no security box, no water every day (you need to go to 1st floor to refill a bottle). There is no closet only a place with 4 hangers.The breakfast was included but sometimes there were many people making a line and you need to wait a lot. I have stayed at Ibis in all Europe and this hotel still needs to improve a bit otherwise should charge less money. What I paid was quite a lot for a single room. Please check your prices. Rooms in Europe are bigger and even cheaper. I am Mexican and I have stayed in many hotels. Please charge less. I would still stay here if prices decrease.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe enjoyed our 3 nights stay at PF hotel & suites. The young guy doing night shift at check in counter gave the best service! We checked in at 3 a.m on 20 November. , he saw our taxi and promptly came to open the entrance door for us. We saw him on different evenings and he was always smiling. The hotel housekeeping did a splendid job! The room was very clean. The furnishings and furniture might be a bit dated, but at such a convenient location, this hotel is highly recommended at this affordable rate. There are great Korean gimbab & fried chicken little shop right next to the hotel if you crave Asian food. A short walk away, there are several local Mexican restsurants, cafes and street food stalls.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

ผผู้เข้าพัก과테말라행 에어로멕시코 타고 멕시코시티에서 23시간 경유라서 예약한 숙소에요. 공항에서 전철타고 갈수 있는 전철역인근 입지라서 너무 좋았어요. 호텔은 3성급이상의 수준이에요. 객실도 넓고 옷장도 넓고 욕실도 깨끗합니다. 직원분들 모두 친절. 저희방이 층간소음이 살짝있어서 한밤중에 좀 불편하긴 했지만 엄청 거슬리는 수준은 아니었고요. 커피포트가 없는게 너무 아쉽더라고요. 커피를 너무 마시고 싶어서 1층 식당에 가서 따뜻한 물을 얻어와서 마셨네요.
침대 퀄리티도 좋았습니다. 대체로 만족스러운 곳입니다. 시내 관광중심가 말고 조용한 도심지역 원하시는 분들에게 추천합니다.
