Very convenient location within the airport. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Some features were surprisingly lacking though for a hotel of this standard. On arrival we were warned that there would be no hot water in the bathroom due to it being powered by solar. Having a cold shower after a long flight was not a pleasant experience. We had also pre-booked and paid for breakfast and the staff then tried to charge us again for it. The room was good, average level of bed comfort but fine for one night.

Exceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question. The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks. What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference. I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

後來我才知道這家酒店歷史悠久，還接待過很多的名人，裏面的佈局非常的古典，讓人感覺還是較安靜的，其他的服務還是比較有效，迅速客房服務也比較的及時，房間本身的設施會比較的基礎，但是我覺得在海外來講已經很不錯，性價比算是蠻高的。同時他的地理位置也非常的優越，靠近地鐵站離羅馬區也非常近，周圍有一些不錯的餐廳，也有很多的酒吧，總體來講，我覺得這家酒店的性價比是非常非常不錯的。

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City) My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

โรงแรมสวย ทําเลเยี่ยม แต่น่าเสียดายที่เสียงดังทําให้ยากมากที่จะแนะนําให้มาพักที่นี่ เพลงจากบาร์บนชั้นดาดฟ้าเริ่มดังขึ้นประมาณ 18.00 น และยังคงดําเนินต่อไปจนถึงประมาณ 2 โมงเช้าและดูเหมือนจะดังขึ้นเรื่อยๆตลอดทั้งคืน เป็นไปไม่ได้จริงๆที่จะผ่อนคลายหรือนอนในห้องของเรา เราได้รับที่อุดหูด้วยซ้ํา แต่พวกเขาไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรมาก หากคุณวางแผนที่จะออกไปจนถึงตี 2 ทุกคืน คุณอาจไม่สังเกตเห็น แต่ถ้าคุณกําลังมองหาโรงแรมที่ผ่อนคลายที่คุณสามารถกลับมาพักผ่อนและนอนหลับฝันดี นี่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มาก เราจองห้อง Deluxe King แต่ถูกวางห้อง Queen สําหรับคืนแรกของเรา เราไม่สามารถเข้าไปในประเภทห้องที่ถูกต้องที่เราจองไว้จนกว่าจะถึง 5PM ของวันถัดไปเนื่องจากห้องดีลักซ์คิง (ยังไม่สะอาด) ไม่มีการอัพเกรดหรือชดเชยสําหรับความผิดพลาดนี้ น่าเสียดายเพราะที่พักสวยแต่เป็นห้องพักในโรงแรมที่คุณไม่สามารถนอนหลับหรือผ่อนคลายได้อย่างสมเหตุสมผล ฉันขอแนะนําให้ถามเกี่ยวกับเสียงรบกวนก่อนจอง

ตั้งอยู่บนถนน Reforma Boulevard ฉันคิดว่าทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างปลอดภัย ภายนอกอาคารมีภาพวาดวันแห่งความตายที่แปลกตาเล็กน้อยบนผนัง ภายในล็อบบี้ให้ความรู้สึกมีสไตล์ แม้จะมีภาพวาดที่แปลกตา แต่พนักงานทุกคนก็สุภาพและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักเก่าแต่สะอาด ไม่มีตู้เย็นหรือแปรงสีฟัน ฉันไม่ค่อยเข้าใจวิธีใช้ตู้เซฟเท่าไหร่ เมื่อพิจารณาถึงทำเลที่ตั้งที่ปลอดภัย ฉันคิดว่าโรงแรมนี้คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคา
